Not to be dramatic but this cream saved my life. I was suffering from dermatitis for about 8 months and it was so persistent and wouldn't leave me alone. I started googling and La Roche-Posay kept coming up as recommended for skin conditions. I really tried to look elsewhere as the price is a LOT, but you can't put a price on your health and comfort. Within days my skin had turned around! I couldn't believe it. I swear by it & bought some for my mother because she kept stealing mine. It's smooth, moisturising, spreads well across the skin without being oily or too watery? A little bit also goes a long way, you don't need to smother yourself in it, which means it really is value for money. If you're suffering with dry skin or eczema or something - I really do recommend. Changed my life!

Do you have very dry and sensitive skin? Then the baby Lipikar moisturiser is fantastic on adult skin too! I use it on myself, even my daughters love it and more it protects against the drying effects of water. Just apply as needed but best after shower. you can use it on your body and face.My daughter suffers very badly from eczema and have extremely sensitive skin, so sore, itchy and red. And since the first few applications her skin got completely less irritated and started to calm down her redness.

Great during the winter, really moisturising. A little goes far. It can be difficult to push down the top. Will last for a long time. Doesn't really dry once absorbed, it's quite greasy. It is a hard cream and kind of melts with your body temperature to be easier to rub in. Amazing at reviving cracked dry skin. I apply a nice coat of it and in the morning the skin is soft and hydrated. The moisturised feeling lasts for a very long time. I haven't seen a huge difference when it's applied for scratching.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience because this product caused my baby significant distress.After just two applications, my baby screamed in pain and agony each time it was applied. I stopped immediately, but the damage had already been done — my child experienced a severe flare-up that lasted almost two weeks before it cleared.I suspect the issue was due to the active ingredients, particularly niacinamide and shea butter. I’m unsure whether the shea butter was refined or unrefined, but refined shea butter is often not recommended for eczema or atopic-prone skin.Considering the high cost of the product, I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. I would advise other parents of sensitive or eczema-prone babies to exercise caution before using it.

My little one’s infantile eczema has significantly improved since using this cream. Tried everything in the market and nothing seemed to work but this has, finally!
