I have found 9/10 times refurbished is just as good as new. This one I've had a bit of an issue with it reading the discs. However, I bought the insurance plan just in case. The seller I bought it from, highly recommend. Review: Empty shell won’t work and came with hard drive missing it was supposed to have 250 gigabytes - Hard drive was missing! And because it didn’t come with cords or anything, it was not worth the money and all the parts were not there so it’s not usable and advertising missleading.

Its a 360.

Does Not Come With Power Cord
Item was fine, but did not come with a power cord! My 10 year old was so discouraged. The listing should have been more clear that this item did not come with the power cord.

It turned on but the tray was stuck

Trey not closing, or not staying closed
Trey will not stay shut it's brand new or it's refurbished, I just took out of the box and plugged it in, and this is what it's doing
