They give you that extra energy! It does make your urine highlighter yellow; so I suspect that it is just too much at once. I have been taking one in the morning and one in afternoon. I think my body absorbs better this way and also I have sustained energy all day.

I do not take vitamins every day, but about twice a week. That said, I notice a distinct difference in my energy levels and unlike many other vitamins, no unpleasant after taste.
