I have had these for quite some time and just never got around to using them until today and am kicking myself for just now realizing the power tools I’ve had just sitting here waiting to be activated. They are just four bands but they make a massive difference - I started with the first day of exercises and can feel it in the best way! My thighs and booty have been the toughest places to work on, but I can tell already these are going to finally kick it up and be just what I needed! The bands come in a nice little bag have a printed card to use for reference with how to do different exercises and a suggested weekly routine to get you started. There’s also a QR code to get even more support and helpful guidance which I used as I wasn’t sure on where to put the band and how to do a few and it gave me exactly what I needed. What a value but powerful bundle!! Will be looking at what other products this company offers! I’m blown away!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Picked these because it mentioned “customers usually keep this item” and also it had pretty good reviews. It came packaged vey well. The exterior packaging is pretty thick with great advertising. I was also very surprised to find each band individually wrapped in their own packaging. Love the fact that each one is individually marked in large, bold lettering….LIGHT,MEDIUM,STRONG,HEROIC. Along with the band type it also has the resistance in lbs. (seeattached pic). This band set also came with their promise card along with an exercise card and instructions for their live demonstration and training videos. (Sorry for the run on sentence lol). I have to get all my words in before I forget! Cant wait to start using these! I hope they work or at least help.

I had knee replacement surgery within the last 6 weeks. I was having trouble doing this particular knee exercise due to rolling and bunching bands. I purchased these NO ROLL FABRIC BANDS! They are perfect!!!They come in a set of 4 with 4 different strengths. In the photos I’m using the lightest strength. The band quality is excellent! They are affordable and very well made. I like them! They were opened and possibly used, but I don’t mind since they still look new and I can’t tell if used. The easiest one is tough! I like the resistance and that they are thick and don’t roll up and pinch my skin like the straps I had received from PT. These are wide and comfortable. They probably will stretch with time so it’s nice to have some stronger ones for when that happens or when I’m stronger. Doing lower body moves with weights hurt my SI joint and these tend to be better for my lower body strengthening.

Love the color, quality material, and style of these bands. The non slip rubber on the inside helps keep them in place while working out. So far, they have maintained their resistance level and continue to work just the same as day one.

Just what I was looking for! The latex bands at the gym are frustrating to use because they roll up and are uncomfortable. These stay in place and allow you to focus on the exercise instead of the discomfort. I love the different levels of resistance that you can use to mix up your sets.
