Works Well, but I Needed an LED Bypass
The media could not be loaded. I was very excited when I saw this product because I didn’t know such a thing existed. My partner likes to be able to manually control the lights but I like to use Alexa or the Google Home app. This product solved our problems. At first I was disappointed, because when we turned off the light completely, the bulb would remain dimly on. We couldn’t figure out why this was happening but then we discovered what an LED Bypass was. We bought one and the dimmer switch then worked perfectly, switching completely off with no glowing when we turned it off.The dimmer switch dims smoothly, there isn’t any flashing. Alexa voice control works well, and the product is compatible with Google Home and Alexa. Unfortunately I couldn’t integrate with the Siri Shortcuts app which is disappointing, but the product is still worth it.We were able to retrofit the dimmer component with our nicer looking faceplate from our old dumb dimmer switch. For the price, it seems a shame that the faceplate included is cheap looking and white plastic, but it’s easy enough to retrofit so it’s fine.Overall, this is a niche product but it works perfectly (with an LED Bypass) and it’s perfect for our home. I doubt many people would be willing to fork out the hefty amount but for those of us who want it it’s a dream-come-true product. I highly recommend if a standard smart bulb wouldn’t be good enough for you.

Simply a better dimmer
Even if you don't use the Zigbee functionality, this is a better dimmer than the standard fare. I have it controlling 12 x GU10 8W LEDs and it works flawlessly. Unlike a traditional dimmer, there are no end stops and it's easy to set the minimum brightness. I discovered there's a no-go area of brightness where the LEDs flash, but above and below that zone it works great. Quality product / feels solid. Also pairs with Zigbee2MQTT and HomeAssistant using the SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus.

DOESNT WORK WITH STANDARD UK 2 WAY SWITCH WIRING
I you're planning to use this as a 2 way switch, it's worth knowing that this doesn't work with standard UK 2 way switch wiring and some modification to the existing wiring will be needed. If you're planning to get an electrician to install this it likely won't be a big issue for them. But it probably won't be a straight swap with an existing dimmer if you were planning to install this yourself.I had bought 2 of these - one to use as a 1 way switch and one to use as a 2 way. I had to abandon the 2 way but the 1 way setup was very straight forward. It was a simple direct swap with the previous dimmer. It connected easily with the Tuya app and Alexa. Works very well. Behaves just like a regular dimmer switch but you have the option to use voice control or timers when you want.I installed the dimmer bypass at the same time as the switch - I'm not sure if I really needed it with my current bulbs but decided to install it anyway to avoid potential issues in the future when changing bulbs.Overall its a great smart dimmer switch - just a pity it doesn't work with standard 2 way UK wiring.

Brilliant. Works with Homekit via Hue Bridge
I bought the version that fits behind an existing dimmer. It was super easy to install, it just replaces the original similar-looking part. The white plastic knob comes off and can be replaced by the cap from the existing switch, then it’s just a case of matching the wiring. I initially paired it with a Zemismart hub using the Tuya app, but the Zemismart can’t expose this particular device to Homekit. I then ordered a Philips Hue bridge and now my existing dimmers are all accessible from Homekit. It works by having no stop point on the dial. Once fully dimmer or bright, it will continue to turn harmlessly. This means that if you dim it using an app / Siri (Alexa etc?) the dial is never out of sync with the actual brightness. I have LightwaveRF dimmers from early experiments, which do the job, but these are much cheaper, faster to install and set up and more responsive, via the Hue hub.You can buy a DIY store dimmer switch you like the look of (won’t even need to be LED compatible, as you’ll be replacing the clever bit), one of these, and a Philips Hue Hub and still save money on some of the other options in a single purchase.

Longevity issues
Worked fine for a while, then operaion became irratic - often suddenly dimming light. Now doesnt work at all (but app shows connected and can change power)

Absolutely terrific dimmer
I own both the SM323 and the SM323v2. The current one, which you will get if you order today, is the v2 so I will focus on that one.In short both are fantastic. Even without Zigbee they would be great dinners. I especially like the control from a remote button, which in a traditional setup would only turn the light on and off, but here you can control the brightness with long presses too.The v2 improves on the old one by reporting power usage info which is fab. And by having smooth motion instead of using detents. However the controls for pairing and minimum brightness is now on buttons instead of being via the knob, which means you need to open the faceplate up to re-pair - unless you want to cycle the power on the dimmer at the fuse box, though I’ve never had to do that in a year of daily usage. In short for dimming needs with zigbee comparability, look no further. The Home Assistant integration, using ZHA at least, is fantastic too.

Flimsy Build Quality
The media could not be loaded. Extremely poor Build quality. Doesn’t sit flush to the wall due to how flimsy the cover is.Sent back.
