Great way to supplement magnesium for individuals who run low in magnesium or for individuals who find migraine relief/ pain relief from higher amounts of magnesium supplements.I found this product to be relaxing and tasty. Taste is light and it is carbonated so if you’re not into mild flavor carbonation drinks than this might not be for you.It definitely helps me relax, sleep better and magnesium is great for pain relief and helps keep you regular also lol tmi I know , but this drink really can be helpful as a treatment option for ailments. It’s also a great replacement drink for those who do not drink alcohol but want to have a drink with friends. It will not give you a buzz or anything like that but it definitely has a chill factor to help you relax. Wish it wasn’t so pricey but it’s pricey no matter where you purchase it. Its a decent supplemental drink and is on my repurchase list.

I love the flavor! I switched my nightly wine for a Recess. I started sleeping deeply from my first can. I purchased the 12-pack during Prime Day. I fell in love with them. However, they are WAY too expensive for me to continue drinking regularly. I will wait until another sale before I can purchase these again.

I drink these very often. They taste great, this is my favorite flavour of the ones they make. My girlfriend says they taste similar to tea, and that might be why I like them. I grew up drinking Arizona Iced Tea, and it does have a similar taste with carbonation.The can says it will help you focus, and I can say it makes me less distracted. I am not sure how it works, but sometimes it is more helpful than others. They can be very effective if you are not drinking them super often. Overall, it is a little bit more than I would like to pay for a can, but it helps me lock in at work when I need to so I will keep buying them.

Great alternative to alcohol! It really does work well. I have 2 in the evening and feel relaxed. They taste a lot like White Claw and very low calories. Great tasting but twice as expensive as a 12 pack of White Claw. Don’t understand why it’s SO expensive.

Delivery- This item was delivered promptly, barely had to worry about when it was going arrive , next day it was already at my doorstep.Taste- The drink was very nice and refreshing , not gassy , didn't cause upset stomach , it was very calming And I would look to order more .

these were delivered today.. i bought the 12 pack sampler. it must have came out of the packaging because when i opened the bag 2 were exploded and all of them but 4 were out of the case and in the amazon bag. i tried 2 of them regardless of that. definitely relaxing but has a weird after taste. i'm not sure yet if they're worth the money especially when you only get 10/12 lol.

Why are these so good? I tried one on a whim and dang it - they are delicious. I like that I can drink one in the evening with a snack. Feels like drinking a soda, but less sweet and with minerals. After drinking one I bought a case. I keep them around now and really like this flavor. (Tropical)

I love these drinks. I buy them from Healthy Living, when I’m in Vermont. When I’m down south, I’ve found no retailer that carries them. I love the flavors, and that it have more flavor than the typical zero sweetener, seltzers, that mainly just have a scent for flavor, yet they are still very light. They are great for adding other flavors or fruit, or for making cocktails. I think it’s a high quality product. Not sure I feel anything from the health-benefits standpoint, but I do love them.My biggest problem, though, is price. They are very expensive, and I’m not sure why, since 99 percent of this product is water.
