Expensive for basically just getting salt water and a spray hand but if you are sinuses are really backed up turning the nozzle to the turbo jet will certainly help clear them out. Just be careful as it can also be too powerful and can hurt if you’re not careful. Overall, definitely recommend for a bad cold or severe sinus infection.

I like this product. I think it's the best on the market. I bought it a couple times when I was super sick and couldn't get out the house. It worked really well. But with my most recent order, the can was damaged internally & the product didn't work. It wouldn't spray in either position at all. No way to tell when the product was damaged. I was refunded. They didn't give me the option of receiving a replacement item, so, my can went in the trash unused. I'll just get it in store from now on.

Actually I had bought a few of these in the last year, and liked the product. But the one I opened today, kind of exploded when I opened. Actually could have been dangerous so I doubt I will by another. There was a burst of air in my face as well as a lot of saline that spit out then the canister was useless, so a waste of money also. Anyhow, just wanted to mention to others. I did not puncture just carefully removed the plastic on top and bam! It was a hot day but geezzz.
