My second order in two months.This is by far the best salmon. I poach it with some garlic, olive oil and a few spices, and place fresh spinach over the top, it cooks in the microwave in about 4 to 5 minutes, for two pieces.It's moist, flaky, and so flavorful. I high recommend.Ships next day still frozen, and packed very well.

Best tasting salmon I had in years…

Poor Texture and Smell I had high hopes for this frozen salmon, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. A few of the fillets had a strong fishy smell right out of the package, which made me question the freshness. The texture after cooking was mushy instead of firm, and definitely not what I expect from Atlantic salmon.For the price, I was expecting something closer to restaurant quality, but this felt more like lower-grade fish. I won’t be ordering again.
