I ordered this with a ton of other items so I cannot vouch for the packaging of the product alone, but the pouch came in a very thick Zip Lock bag with the EMT bag compressed in.A D-Ring and Mesh bag were included in my case just inside the EMT bag. A American Flag patch is also included.The product has some nice weight to it which brings a quality feel.I haven't tried the rip away feature and probably won't as I really doubt I would need to pull it off to use it. Other then that, it's a quality bag.

These comments followed my state of mind over the course of a month.1) This kit holds a lot. I keep adding and adding stuff and I'm still able to close the kit without stressing the zippers. I originally bought the kit to attach to my tactical bugout bag, but I like the kit so much I added a shoulder strap and replaced the fist aid kit I keep in my car.2) I added a MOLLE bag. Needless to say, it's too heavy for my bugout bag, so I'm buying another on one of these kits for it.3) The kit was unbalanced with the additional MOLLE bag, so I moved it to the rear and added another MOLLE bag with a carrying strap. Everything for light first aid I keep in the outer bags. Easy to carry and to find what I need.4) I guess I got carried away with the additions...lol. In hindsight, I should have just bought just one, since it's "tear-off." But I got greedy defeated the purpose. But I just love these kits! Highly recommended!

This is a good rip away response bag. The only problem I have with this bag is that the elastic straps are too loose to hold smaller objects. This bag is a good size and very efficient to rip and open. I have already used it for a victim of a vehicle vs pedestrian and it was vital that supplies are easy to grab.

First the good: the bag is very well made.However, I specifically asked for the correct dimensions before purchasing and was told by the manufacturer that the bag was 8” x 8” x 4” (see my question above).I wanted a much larger trauma pouch than the standard 8”x6”x3” and purchased this because it was supposed to be considerably larger. The exact dimensions are 8” high x 7” wide x 3” deep so while it’s a little larger it is not large enough for my purposes. Published dimensions are important and should be accurate.Will keep it for something else.

Fantastic starter kit, easy to modify and plenty of space for custom setup.

For me and my use these are the best first aid bags I have seen that I really like. I keep one in each of the cars, and I am able to carry everything I need to support baseballs teams, football teams, my kids, hiking adventures and everything else that has been thrown at me from. Also have these kits in our families hurricane prep kit and my CERT kit. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to build their own first add kits

Received product. Like the product, looks and feels sound. Purchase to hold components of a trauma kit. After receiving it, the dimension still do not allow to keep all of items I expected to get in it. Keeping it and re-purposing another sling pack (bigger) for the full trauma kit and will use this bag as personal first aid kit. This is not the fault of the product, but my inability to assess how much room I needed for all of my stuff.

I seldom ever write a review, but this product is excellent quality. I was looking for a carrier to house a home made tactical first aid kit for my wife and my cars. This product is roomy inside and affords me the ability to compartmentalize the different items needed. I even able to add a survival section to the bag. Great product!
