Very good ! Takes a few weeks to get results, but they are very thorough and well presented and much better than other DNA sites I have used..and cheaper than a couple !They need to expand the number of tests they do for sure.

The kit was easy to use. Just use two swabs to brush the inside of your cheeks and pop them in the tube and return in the box and envelope provided. They let you know when the sample is received and timeframe for when the results will be ready. My results were ready pretty quickly. There is lots of information to digest. I loved the ancestry where it tells you what parts of the world you are connected with. The health information was okay, most of mine were average in terms of conditions but I think you also have to take onboard lifestyle factors. They knew my height, hair and eye colour as well as my blood group. Also said I was overweight which is also true. The only thing it got wrong was that it said I was right handed whereas I have always been a leftie but I am ambidextrous with some things. It also tells you what medications you can take and whether you need a lower or higher dose to be effective. It really is interesting and I feel it was definitely worth the cost. You also get lifetime updates as well. If you are curious, I suggest you go for it. I was not disappointed.

I bought this kit for health reasons as I was less concerned about ancestry and surprisingly the results changed my mind.Firstly, I like that the company is EU based for Data Privacy concerns. I also liked that apart from my email address they knew nothing about me and still don’t want to gather information from me directly, so everything had to be obtained from my sample. Laboratory time to results was very quick considering the holidays too, it seemed to take about three weeks from the time they received the sample to releasing the results.The health results and physical descriptions were very accurate. I found out I was a carrier for a little known deficiency for a condition that I knew my brother had experienced in his childhood. The results for metabolism were as I expected and even my complex disease risk was suspected.The internet site is easy to use and well laid out. I like that it’s not an app, that reports are downloadable and that future updates are free.The autosomal information is similar to other providers on the market (they seem to go back about 6-8 generations) and I was surprised by my results but it doesn’t tell you what generation the different ethnicity appears or even drill down into any country/regional level which is a disappointment.The haplogroup information was the most interesting new discovery for me but so very basic that it was a dead end instantly. It was nice that they provide both the paternal Y chromosome lineage and the maternal mtDNA lineage in the cost if you are a man. My sister used a different company and did not get this information at all so I feel lacking in knowledge here. My friend used another company and her maternal lineage data was very comprehensive. I have since bought another kit from another company which provides far more information (but charges for each bundle and the parental lineage is one or the other not both).The presentation is very basic and too much scientific speak, not really worded to be user friendly. I feel at the moment this is more useful for health (which is why I bought it) but has the potential to be much better if they work on the detail in the genetics (haplogroup and more detail in the autosomal genetic data) and presentation so it is more tailored for the consumer. Unlike most consumers, I wasn’t looking to connect with relatives so can’t comment on any other aspects of those features.

i jumped the gun and after a false start im very impressed with the results and quite surprised the results where very accurate though one or two I do wonder about height I'm short it got my weight my blood group and even some things id never told anybody my gran had green eyes and my grandad had blue I have brown and my genes showed I carry the blue and green genes I have policy cystic ovaries this said I had low risk but I was diag with this via hosp so I'm confused also the paternal ancestry is interesting it says turkey and cyprus though my mum was Scottish her dad was a mystery however so maybe that where it comes into play very accurate overall it does take a long time for result to get back but yes worth it -its a risk assessment genetically speaking and what you carry rather than a DNA for ancestry it dose have that but mainly risk genetically all good though very through it also caught my heart murmer crazy I was surprised to find out if I have kids I would prob birth a giant lol not gonna be fun ouch if it meant my birth weight I was low premie was a tad taken aback I'm 2 % neadethal DNA crikey and I'm fat obease it got that right too and I'm slow cognitive wise it picked up my high depression and alcholic dependency genes sober now it also got my weight right etc can't fault it just one or two things like I say I also don't have periods yet it stated not poly cycstic risk or not high risk as I said I did find out I'm lactose intolerant I kinda had an idea so yeah worth it as I said be more patient than me it takes a while to get back but worth it

Widest range of Pharmacogenomics info for the price, especially if you are expected to start medications as will give insight into tolerance, dosage, expected side effects etc Great for health info and the raw data can be uploaded to some of the other health info sites easily (nutrahacker etc). If you are solely looking for DNA family matches then look to another - this one is the most comprehensive I feel for health
