Internal level got stuck, had to be broken to open the door
Movement of the parts is not proper. the internal part got stuck when the door was in closed state, thankfully I had another door in the house to use. Had to call locksmith to break open this cylinder. It happened within 6month from the date of purchase. Realized that there was a warrenty on this product on 16th month (yes you can forget about it when the door gets jammed and may not have time to go through the warrentee process). Plan buying the product keeping this in mind.
