I heard about shjlajit from a friend and decided to give it a try. I was a little skeptical since reading about many brands that sell fake, or diluted Shilajit, but after taking it for the first time I noticed I was more energized and focused. Within days of taking it I started sleeping better and my sleep schedule became more regular. I used to have trouble falling asleep until the middle of the night, but after taking it I got tired at a decent time in the evening and for the first time I started waking up before my alarm in the morning.I have more energy during the day and my mood has been more positive, I feel like it has stabilized my body. I'm in the pharma space and somewhat skeptical of these types of natural remedies that tout health benefits. A friend of mine suggested that I try this for overall heath and well being. I have high blood pressure and I check it every other day. I have been taking the liquid Shilajit for about a month and my blood pressure has dropped quite a bit over the time I have been taking it. Uncertain if that was the Shilajit or something else, however, Im still taking it and it is down. I prefer the liquid over the concentrate. I put a couple of drops into my large glass of water every morning.
