Works with ear clips.
This unit works with ear clips. We have two of these machines, this one and an older (purchased about 7 yrs ago) one that uses 9v batteries. They are both very nice machines, but I like that this one is rechargeable, so I don't need to worry about having batteries on hand.I mostly use it with an ear clip, but I find the pads are sticky, work well and they are comfortable enough. It is easy to use and for the price it is great. This is the only machine I found that would work with ear clips. I would recommend.

Game changer, feels like a pro unit.
I’ve been using the TENS 7000 for a few months now, and honestly, it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for pain management. I deal with chronic muscle pain in my back and shoulders, and this device delivers powerful relief right at home. Durable, easy to use and just the right size. Really brightens up my day. Stick to it and you will see great results in no time.

Good product so far.
So far so good. TENS machine works well. Have only had to set the dial to 5 to get effective results. Electrode pads stick well. Haven't had to replace them yet. Have used the machine at least 20 times so far. Also, haven't had to recharge the battery yet either. Very satisfied.

Great product, dishonest shipping time
This product is exceptional, a true must have for pain management, stiff muscles etc. i knew what i was buying as i had an older model, this product lived up to my expectations fully with added features over my previous model. The rechargeable built in battery and additional modes were a major plus. My only complaint that prevented a 5 star rating, is the shipping time. I ordered the product on May 29th with the product page claiming that with my prime membership i would receive it the next day, i did not however receive it until June 10th. As far as i can tell this was not a shipping delay as i checked for updates every day, the order did not get processed until about June 6th or 7th. Then it took till the 9th to leave the shipper facility. I would preferred a longer arrival date estimate when i placed my order, rather then a week of checking for updates that say the delivery date is not available, the fact that it still claimed 24 hour delivery on the product page if i ordered it, while telling me an estimate is not available left an impression of intentionally misleading information.

Relieves pain well
This product works to relieve pain amazingly well. The charge lasts for hours and the electrode pads are still growing strong after a few dozen sessions

Quality and a good price.
Purchased as a replacement for a small non rechargeable unit. Works great and no problems. Decent price as well.

What pain relief! -- good quality, simple to use once set, USB-C rechargeble, more
I now own two of these, both the model that uses batteries and this one that comes with and recharges with a USB-C cable. (The product information on this Amazon page doesn't tell you what it uses to recharge, but the manufacturer page does; just search for "TENS 7000 Rechargeable Tens Unit" if you want to find it.) Only bought the second because I've lost track of where the first one went in The Great House-Cleaning with help from friends.I think some context about MY use is good for understanding MY rating.=========================My use: lower back, pain from a badly bulging disc in the Sacrum region close to the Lumbar region of the spine. On medical advice, I set the pads in an X pattern around the site: There are two pairs of pads, and electricity flows in a line between the two pads of each pair separately. So I had the pads set so that the two flows crossed at the bulging disc. Used it steadily for 6 or 7 months straight, then a few times after that, both before specific diagnosis and after spinal surgery that cut the bulging part of the disc away (discectomy).Oh, by the way, when you turn it on to start the flow, GO EASY, and adjust the dial(s) up slowly, a bit at a time, till you reach the desired level(s)! If you're using both channels, bring each up together, alternating small adjustments between them, instead of bringing one all the way up and then the other. And if you're doing it for someone else, be kind, and tell them what number you reach at each step and check with them to make sure they're okay to go on higher.Obviously, there are lots of uses for the pain relief from a TENS units and ways & places to use it, and everyone's results can be and often will be different. This is an OTC device that anyone can buy without a prescription. But I'd still say that you should learn from a knowledgeable medical professional before buying one; see what they say about whether its benefits apply to your situation, how best to use it, settings, and so on. Certainly if your pain or situation might be serious. Also, it's good to know that it offers pain relief, not healing. But it was great to learn from the physical therapist's receptionist that TENS units ARE available to regular people, DON'T require prescriptions, and are NOT hundreds of dollars! The physical therapist had been giving me TENS treatments, with some temporary relief that was undone by the walk out of the clinic building and the ride home, but it was the receptionist who asked if I had gotten one for home, and I'd had no idea at all that I could! Suddenly, I could get that kind of relief at home whenever needed! For less than out-of-pocket for two PT sessions (which to be fair, included more than just this; love my PTist, too!)!=========================The unit is small and really lightweight, and very easy to use. Granted, I brought it to my PT to ask what settings I should use, and haven't changed anything except the time on the timer mode. It can be set to run and turn itself off after a set period of time -- great feature! If I fall asleep with the timer set for a reasonable time, I don't get harmed. There are plenty of settings and variables to choose from, detailed in the instruction booklet. Recharging is simple with the provided or any USB-C cable, and it protects itself from over-charging. A single full charge lasted me for quite a number of 20-minute treatments. It's nice that this unit has two channels, controlled independently, so that you can have two separate electrical flows going at once, whether they're on different points on the body or X-crossed like I described above. There's a flip-up safety cover over the control dials, too! A nice touch that prevents them from accidentally changing mid-treatment, which could be potentially awful or even harmful if it's a big change or causes a reaction that exacerbates injury or pain. The TENS 7000 comes with four pads, and they lasted through quite a number of treatments, going on and coming off -- and lasted through several more after following the instructions in the book to add a drop of water to rejuvenate them once -- before I finally bought some replacement pads. Good contact of the pads is important; gently press and make sure of it. Dry, clean, bare skin helps that; it's not like I did any special cleaning, or wiping with alcohol pads, but if you have to clean off sweat or dirt or anything else, go ahead. Oh, and don't use it on hairy skin; it's worth a shave to avoid poor contact and pulled hair on removal. Keep the pads stuck on the plastic sheet they came on, when not in use, to keep them clean and sticky. The hard plastic foam-padded case is also great, solid, decently crafted, and very convenient for keeping everything together and safe from moderate falls. It's easy to open and close with sliding lock-tabs. Instructions are clear, and in good English. They're also provided in other languages, although I didn't read them. Not certain, but I think they were in French and Spanish; at the very least, the user manual is available in those languages from the manufacturer's website, so if you're buying for someone who only reads those, you don't have to translate.Check other reviews here that talk about the unit breaking down after a period; it hasn't been my experience so far, and the majority of reviews here are 5 stars, but it is always useful to read the reviews with poor ratings with a critical view, to see if any of their problems hold weight for you.For me, this was a great buy, five stars easily. (I've never used any other TENS units myself, and don't know what was used on me in PT, so I can't compare this to any others. This was the brand recommended to me by the PT's receptionist that brought up the idea in the first place, and who said hers had been doing wonders for her for years, so I simply took no chances. The price wasn't any problem for me, either, anyway.)

Used by the professionals
I purchased the product because my physical therapist uses the same product in his office. If it is good enough for the pros it’s good enough for me. Works great, the only issue is my husband and I both want to use it at the same time.
