Product Info The Vancore is part of Shark's "urban" range. The Vancore takes the open-face design of Shark's Raw / Drak helmet to the next level. This helmet may look like it boosts a modular design, it however features a solid chinbar which protects you in case of an accident. The helmet comes with separate goggles that bikers might appreciate. Specifications The Vancore is a surprisingly light helmet. Made out of thermoplastic this helmet weighs in at an incredible 1250 grams meaning it will definitely not put a strain on your neck and shoulders. The shape of Shark's Vancore, is more rounded when compared to the shapes of other helmets. According to Shark the purpose of this design feature was to make the shape of the shell match more closely to the human head in order to fit better. As said the Vancore's chin bar is fixed and doesn't flip up, this is a feature that helps contribute to the helmet's ECE 22.05 homologation. The quick release ratchet on the chin strap replaces the conventional double D-ring as the retention system of choice. The lens that comes standard with the Vancore is an anti-scratch, anti-fog lens designed by Carl-Zeiss. If the lens that comes with your Vancore is not completely to your liking, no worries. The lens can be taken out of the goggle-frame in seconds, so in this way you can easily customize the helmet to your personal taste. The internal lining of this helmet is made out of anti-bacterial bamboo fiber material. This lining which is used in almost all Shark helmets is removable and washable, ensuring maximum hygiene. The wearing comfort of this helmet is further enhanced through the application of Shark's very own EasyFit system in the design of this helmet. This system ensures a perfect fit, even for those wearing glasses
