KS3 Maths Progress Progression Workbook Delta 2 (Maths Progress 2014)

We got this book for my son on the request of the teacher. He is in year 8 so ks3, he is using it to revise and practice for his end of year assessments.There is a lot of questions in this book, learning how to do things, then strengthen what has been learned followed by a unit test.Loved the QR scan to be able to watch videos on how to do things that he hasn’t understood or just recapped what he has learned. Lots of handy tips in it.The only thing is there are no answers in the book itself, answers were provided by the maths teacher.

We use these as independent learning for pupils. Fits in perfectly with the curriculum we follow. Pupils don’t like that it is black and white but as I keep saying it is cheap and purposeful.

Good number of extra practice questions.

This is fantastic to help my son with his maths but comes with no answers?? Thankfully his maths teacher to help. Otherwise an amazing workbook I wished we had used from the beginning of Y8.

Great for extending year 8 students. Would be 5 stars if I didn't have to get the answers online. A separate answer booklet would solve the problem of a student being tempted to look at the answers.

Excellent teaching resource. Great workbook but worked examples are only available via QR codes so you're a bit stuffed if don't have a smart phone. A URL link would be more beneficial.
