Very good and the same product we have in Brazil.

Not great
I mean it’s edible, but I’ve followed the instructions and I’ve used an instant tapioca pancake mix before and this is terrible. It’s crumbly even when sieved and doesn’t come together well at all. I’ve had better results on a very hot stove. Even better results if you mix it with water to form a starch paste but that’s a completely different texture and more like a chewy flatbread - which luckily I like but then I might as well buy a big bag of tapioca flour. Sad times.
