pump stop working after 2 months
The pump worked great in October but now it will only cut on if I shake it and then will only run for 20 seconds or so and cut off . Would not recommend this product.

Great pump. Highly recommended!
This replaced an older unit that did not have an auto shut-off. By attaching the long blue pull cord, it can be easily dragged to the low spots on the cover for a 35k+ gallon lazy-L shaped pool. The 25 ft. power cord is long enough to reach the outdoor power source. I feel comfortable in leaving the unit on to accommodate the winter rain.

Works well
The value for your money is great! This was easy to setup and easy to use on the top of our pool cover! The durability of it has held up so far and we have had it about 2 months. It is very functional and if it does make a noise I have yet to hear it. It is very quiet. We would buy it again if we needed too!

Amazing
Heavy rain/winds in Louisiana and this thing just keeps chugging along. It clears the water off the pool cover quickly and very efficiently. I was concerned about the weight because it is a little bigger than our previous one but it hasn’t been an issue so far!

Great pool cover pump
Bought this pump to get water off my pool cover. Does the job well. Easy to set up by connecting a standard garden hose and pausing it in. It’s not the fastest pumps, but does the job. Overall, I am satisfied and would purchase it again.

unusual design with a sensor at 1.5 inch from bottom. If a leaf floats by it shuts off?
I wanted this pump to work! It is built very well, nice cord, 1/2 horse, low to my cover! But the sensor is problematic or another issue shuts it down too soon. I tried moving it around to shallow waters still shut down! Returned and bought the old (more expensive stand-by) LG1700.
