Great product. It’s loaded with urea which is great for KP, rough elbows, etc, but gentle enough to use everywhere. And like other urea lotions I’ve tried this one doesn’t smell like pee. 😁 As you would expect from a cetaphil product it absorbs very well and lasts a long time on the skin without being greasy. I live in the desert so I can’t speak to how this lotion behaves in humidity as, well, we don’t have any. 😉

I have had stubborn KP bumps on my arms that I've struggled with my entire life. I've tried manual exfoliation, but all it's seemed to do is irritate the skin without smoothing the bumps or improving the appearance of my skin. About a month ago, I started using a lactic acid lotion on my arms, and it did help improve the condition of my KP bumps, but, for whatever reason, the bumps on my right arm have always been worse and more persistent. So while the lactic acid lotion cleared it up on my left arm, it didn't work on my right, and I decided to try this product instead in the hopes that the urea would be stronger. I saw results the very first day using it! It's been a few days now and the bumps on my right arm are almost completely gone. No odor and it doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky or heavy. I highly recommend this for anyone with stubborn KP bumps!

I've had rough and bumpy arms ever since I was a kid. I have tiny pimple like bumps on arms. I had little faith when I bought this product as I have struggled with this since childhood.But it actually worked. I used it for a week and there is a visible difference. My arms have become softer and the bumps are 85% gone. I recommend 100% recommend this product. It is a little sticky. So, I suggest using it at night before bed and it won't feel sticky in the morning.

The 20% urea cream is working wonders to heal my cracked heels. However, it does leave behind a chalky white residue, that pills when you rub your skin. This isn’t a problem so much on the heels of my feet, but can be bothersome on arms and legs. As it works well otherwise, I tend to use at night before bed and then wash off residue in the shower next morning.

Use this cream on my legs to prevent ingrown. Works best when I mix tretinoin with it. While moisturizing, it also dries down beautifully. No sticky feeling at all if I go to bed right after applying this cream.

Difficult to find urea 20% lotion in USA market. Works great. Has a bit of an odd feel due to the 20% urea- but urea at this percentage works as great skin softener/exfoliator with zero irritation (unlike many other exfoliators). Also very moisturizing. This lotion deserves more hype.

I love this thick moisturizer, it gets rid of the red bumpy skin on the back of my arms, smooths dry feet, knees, and elbows, it's very affordable and comes in a big tube. It's also fragrance free and comes in a convenient tube. I also wear this at night with gloves, and my dry cuticles are gone by morning.
