Comfortable from the start, great sensation. Downside - the straps are too flexible making it difficult to walk a few hundred yards as your foot is not held in place on the flip flop base.

I have been suffering with severe planter fasciitis for over a year and have developed a bone spur. I have tried all other means of relief and became desperate. I thought I would give it ago, they turned up within a few days which was a nice surprise as was a week early. The flip flop looked nice too. My first time of wearing them was hell, if you have ever stepped on your kids Lego this was worse. I decided that I would try 10 mins a day it wasn’t until day 8 I realised I still had the flip flops on after an hour so kept them on. When I took them off that evening for once in a year I didn’t feel pain, instead my feet felt light like walking on feathers. I would highly recommend these but just give them time to get comfortable

After wearing practically for the whole day it was ok,but near the end of wearing it I then felt the sore pain,seeing that they've changed the design/ material.i was hoping that it has improved.... My best advice is to try it,but keep the box for awhile ,so you can send it back.....I'm planning on holding onto it for one more week, if it continues to agrevate my skin.i will have no other choice but send it back Luckily for me I purchased two other types,so I won't be without something

I had a pair of these in 2017 and loved them. When they got lost in a house move I instantly replaced them. But something had changed with this newer model. The straps rub my feet raw on the inner top of both feet. And it starts to happen after only a few minutes of wear - no matter how much of a break I take from them. I've been trying to wear them in for several months, hoping the straps would soften up or my feet would adapt, but no joy. It's now too late to return them. I'm really disappointed with them, because otherwise they're really comfortable.

I order a half number more and fit perfect. First 2 days were hard to wear, but after this I get comfortable with it. I have diabetic neuropathy and first day I felt more numbness on my feet and lot of pain and my feet feel like were burning, second days the same and the start not feeling any pain, numbness, tingling or burning. In 5-6 days all of these disappear.Are not fashionable, but with the improvement that provide these "shoes" I will change my dress style and I will order every color. Good job with these product.

I was gentle with these, not rough, yet the first one broke after not much use at all. I wrote to the company and they sent me a replacement set. Again after not much use one broke from the replacement set, and in the exact same way. At least it was the opposite foot meaning I still had a usable pair made of the unbroken ones from each set. But not long after one of those broke too, again at the exact weak point. I wrote to the company again but this time all they offered was a 25% discount if I bought a more expensive set from them. For £40 I expected a quality product, not something with a design flaw which leaves them highly prone to breaking. Have a look at the photo and do not buy this defective product.

Excellent product. Only received yesterday and tried them out around my home. They fit well and are comfortable. I can feel the firm gentle pressure of them on my feet as I walk around and I have no doubt they will work as they are designed to. Very happy with purchase and recommend! However, as with any Reflexology treatments, and whilst Reflexology has many wonderful health benefits, and one being to improve circulation, for anyone in poor health or with foot ailments, it might be worth seeking advice from your GP or a Complimentary Health Practitioner, as there could be contraindications in using this product.

I had a shoe like this years ago so u knew what to expect with the getting use to the noduals on the sole of my foot. But for those who don't know... it takes a couple of days to get use to it, i recomend that you do a few minutes each day until you notice that they are comfortable.These shoes are amazing, they are so comfortable and give your feet and really help my Plantar Fasciitis. They also have many other health benefits as they are reflexology shoes

I use these sandals indoors daily to massage the plantar of my feet and that helps blood circulation in check. I was feeling a sort of tingling on my plantar feet, so I decided to look for palliatives to alleviate the discomfort. Other than getting a good pair of walking tennis, I bought these sandals so I can wear them when I'm home. They suit my needs!

So worth the money, feels so good on my feet after 10 hrs a day in steel toe shoes. Wear them all the time in the house. Love them.

Do not even think about buying this. The center portion broke after 3 weeks. I tried to glue it twice and it kept breaking again. Threw them away in disgust.

As I suspected - the thong is plastic and I got an open sore within less than 5 minutes. Do NOT recommend. Gave 2 stars not 1 as around the house or standing in is a nice massage but don't walk to your pedi appointment!
