I returned it . If u return it it will be better because it is made of cheap materials and will not work long.

Can you dim this lamp?

You can't dim it but there are different color options and some appear to be more dim than others. For example the "white" option is bright, almost blue. The "orange" option is more dim and isn't 100% orange. There are maybe 9+ color options and then special effects such as flashing, fade, etc.
