5 year edit: still going strong. If you need a nice, cheap, moderately sized couch, please do yourself a favor and buy this. It's a dorm king that can easily transition to a nice apartment or house.I think this is the only Amazon review I've ever written. This small, but effective couch has supported my fat bum for 3 years, survived 3 moves, and is still going strong. It looks perfectly normal and inoffensive, it's INCREDIBLY easy to disassemble, move, and reassemble, and most importantly it has a comfortable, supportive cushion with no crappy springs or potentially breakable design features. 6 stars out of 5

Just set this up alone in about 10 min. Stupid easy to set up! First impression while sitting, pretty comfortable but will definitely be needing a couple throw pillows for the arm rests since there is zero padding in the arm rest. I'm 5'3 and if i sit sideways on it i can stretch my legs out all the way with a inch left of room. I used this couch to put under my full size bed Ikea loft and it is literally a PERFECT fit! Has enough clearance underneath that I'll be buying a fold away table to store underneath if i decide i want to have a table for dinner. I do think the seating part is a bit too short so it pushes your butt kind of forward but I'll likely be sitting sideways so it doesn't matter too much. The stone grey is a perfect light grey that's not too dark and is definitely a neutral color. Overall for $300 this couch was definitely worth it. Will update after some use to see how it holds up but so far first impressions are good.Update 15 days after setting up:I still love this couch, only draw back is the lack of cushioning in the arm rests. Since they are pretty short, it makes it a bit weird to sit sideways so I've been using multiple pillows to try and remedy this.This has been holding up pretty well to my cats claws occasionally hooking in the fabric which was my main concern. You can't notice it!I had a friend come over and both him and i could comfortably sit on this couch and have a drink and talk.Overall still highly impressed with this couch!Update after 6 months:still an awesome couch. no wobbling and cushions are holding up well. still my only complaint is the arm rests have no padding so its uncomfortable to lean on or lay horizontally on since i can feel the corner on my back and ankle.

I was really skeptical about buying a sofa on amazon so I read tons of reviews. I needed an inexpensive sofa for a first apartment and the price and design did the trick. This soda comes in one large box which weighs nearly 100 pounds. If you are alone, take the items out and move them inside one at a time. All pieces are packed on the base cushion of the sofa. Assemble took less than 15 minutes but really needs two people to hold the pieces steady. No tools are needed.The cushions are firm but not rock hard. It is not a plush seat but it is also comfortable. I purchased additional throw pillows from another amazon vendor.I am glad we purchased this sofa and would recommend it to others. We additionally purchased the Zinnus platform bed and were equally satisfied. They make very solid products. Wish they made chairs as well.

Never thought I would buy a couch online, but clearly I did and here's my input:* Four payment option available from Amazon. No interest/hidden fees.* Color just as expected based on pictures.* Assembly is extremely easy! No special tools (or ANY tools for that matter) are needed. The only screwing involved are the legs to the base.* All pieces (armrests, base and backrest) are "align and snap in".* The comfort is sturdy/firm. I'm 5'10 and can sit comfortably with back all the way to backrest. If you're shorter pillows may be needed so your legs don't stick out, but bend down 45 degree.* If you are accustomed to soft, sink-in kind of sofas, this may not be for you.* Took a nap on it the other day and was quite comfortable. I could see myself sleeping on it whenever my bed needs to be surrendered to visitor.HEADS-UP:* If you live in a walk-up building, or even elevator one, ensure help is available as Amazon driver will NOT deliver to your door.* I specified this under "special instructions to driver", but he just left it in lobby. Box is huge and cumbersome to handle by oneself, which I ended up doing.* I also ended opening the box out in the hallway, taking each piece out and into my apartment one by one. Fortunately each piece is very light (even once put together, the whole sofa is very light, easing the cleaning process.Overall - I give five stars to sofa/designer/maker/. But to amazon deliver service, I give three stars.

At first I thought that this couch was great for the price, we just needed something temporary anyway. It was easy to assemble, and looked good for about 2 days. I have 2 small kids, and for some reason they require water, who knew?! As they were drinking their water one water bottle unbeknownst to us had tipped over. Was I concerned? No. I figured once it dried it would be fine. Problem was, once dry it still looked wet. As you can see from the pictures there’s multiple stains, all water! So, all that to say apparently water stains this so buyer beware!

I’ve had this for almost three years.PROS: nice size (in between loveseat and full couch), easy assembly, durable materials.CON: not comfortable at all.I’ve had a couple Zinus mattresses and loved them, which is why I trusted the brand. This is not for every day use. Great in a office or spare room.
