Good quality
Easy to build and good quality. It took a couple of hours on my own but it was fairly easy to build. Looks lovely and it has plenty of space for my daughter's belongings

Poor QC and Build Quality
**【High Quality】: The drawers bedroom is made of thickened wood, not easy to deform. The surface is smooth and waterproof, easy to clean, and the hinges and sliding rails are made of high-quality metal for long life.**(Reality:) These units are constructed from some of the cheapest 15mm Chipboard and MDF materials with little structural strength when compared to the 22mm used in even the cheapest of the leading Scandinavian manufacturer.Unfortunately I purchased based upon dimensions alone. Big mistake!Whilst they were well packaged and delivered promptly & safely - I unpacked the units one at a time as each unit is shipped in two parcels and they require a reasonable amount of space to assemble! The instructions are pretty basic but everything is carefully labelled and if you have the room to lay it all out and follow the visual guides very closely it can be completed fairly easily. There are however many basic issues with this item. The SMELL! As others have mentioned, either the Laquer or wood treatment used has a strong chemical smell that is still lingering days after being unboxed! All of the dowel holes are over sized by as much as 0.5mm, so none will stay in place during assembly without help! The Pin & Cam Assembly method used on most stages is probably the most basic I have ever seen and if you over tighten at any stage you will strip or damage the wood!Do not use power tools unless you have a very low torque setting as the first time I used mine it just pulled the pin out of the panel and broke the chipboard!Fortunately with some wood glue and clamps I was able to repair it and continue assembly next day!Using hand tools only now, I completed the assembly slowly and carefully!Once assembled my wife and I stood back and looked at each other - we were very underwhelmed.Considering the price these are sold at, you would expect 18 or 22mm timber to be used. These units look like children's toy furniture. I doubt they will withstand a lot of wear and tear! When I finally unboxed the second unit there was damage to the highly visible Top surface of the upper panel and in several other less conspicuous places that would be unacceptable unless the unit is located against a wall etc! There is no provision for Draw Front alignment! With all holes pre-drilled, to square off the draw fronts I needed to use shims between the draw attached runners and the draw frames (Good job I'm an engineer).Being only 15mm thick the base also needs to be doubled if you stand it on top of a soft bedroom floor or carpet as the bottom draw cannot be opened! All in all - huge disappointment so be careful! These were not cheap, an IKEA Malm draw unit is only £79 and far superior quality! If I could return them I would.

Excellent chest of drawers, but very challenging to put together
There are a few things worth mentioning. While I'm pretty happy with everything it turned out in the end, the pieces for this chest of drawers come packed in 2 separate boxes. I didn't know this, so I opened up the first box the day it arrived, about 3 or 4 days after purchasing... Only to find there was a lot of stuff missing! I spoke with customer service and they told me it's normal, and that I needed to wait for the second box. Well, alright then, whew.Well, the second box arrived almost 3 WEEKS LATER, and in the meantime I had all them bits and pieces from the first box scattered about my living room, as I had no idea it would arrive so late. It did arrive in the end, though.I can say with outmost certainty that this piece of furniture was the hardest thing I've ever had to put together (and if you knew me, you'd know that's saying something!). If you're an experienced DIY/handy person, you can probably finish in 4 or 5 hours. If you're not, I'd strongly suggest you get some help, and possibly an electric screwdriver. It came well-packed, though there were some scratches here and there but minor. Materials are good and it feels pretty solid, I'm pretty happy with it. Oh, and one more thing, I was a bit reluctant at first because I read a review that said it came with no instructions, but that wasn't my case. Mine came with very detailed, helpful instructions and even some spare screws and bits, so yeah.
