Q: does this use only with 4 adhesive . mine is showing 2 pads thanks,

According to the company's literature, the TENS 7000 comes with the traditional TENS pads - two channels connected to four pads, and you can use it with either one or two channels connected. The TENS 7000 To Go comes with the belt and two sets of wires to connect it. The belt has two sets of built-in electrodes, so the effect is the same as using four standard pads. The TENS 7000 To Go can also be used with traditional pads, but they must be purchased separately.

Q: Does the roscoe medical dt6070 tens 7000 to go back pain relief system set come with both the lead wires for the back belt and traditional lead wires

Ours only came with the traditional wires

Q: I would like to know how the belt works with the electrodes? How many poitd see if contacts does the shock make?

I personally did not like the belt because it has to use some spray on the connectors

Q: I don't want to lay down for this to work. Can I wear this to go about my shopping, driving a car etc.?

No need to lay down -- you can use your TENS just about anywhere (except in the shower, tub pool, etc.). The manufacturer recommends that you not use it while driving (for safety), but once I was accustomed to the unit I had no problems with it while driving.
