There were no instructions so i have to assume i got one from a faulty batch. Not good for such a pricey piece. Will see if i can get a refund or a replacement. Until then i can only give this item 1 star.

All my other Walnut Normcore gear is perfect this however this item must of skipped quality control, the handle will not attach to the piece that holds the needles and after reading some of the reviews and it looks like this is a common issue with the Walnut WDT tool from Normcore. There were no instructions so i have to assume i got one from a faulty batch. Not good for such a pricey piece. Will see if i can get a refund or a replacement. Until then i can only give this item 1 star.

I've used some others and this one allows me to actually stir my beans as the prongs are rigid enough. Very well built.

The unit arrived in two pieces that is the main piece itself the handle and the base were unglued. I actually glued it back together using gorilla glue, but then the problem was when I put the needles in the needles just started falling out. There was nothing holding the needles in.

I have found the wood accents on these tools to be a bit inconsistent. This piece, however, is perfectly. The finish is smooth and comfortable. Easy to clean. The pins are finer on this one and I like the option for different beans.
