Amazing life saver
Amazing product... I brought this for my guinea pig who lost his partner and he stopped eating nuggets and only was eating peppers... after buying this product I fed him this for a week then slowly mixed it in with his nuggets now he’s fully back on nuggets and I still give him this every now and then... I highly recommend this product it’s a life saver and my guinea pig is now back to a healthy weight. It was also super quick to arrive that’s why I give this product a 5/5

Life saver
This stuff is literally a life saver for my bunnies. It has got them through several " not eating " crisis (stasis). They love the flavour lots especially if mixed with a little honey and water, and this just helps stimulate their appetite. Or if their stasis is so bad that they won't eat this, it can be made in to a thick liquid and syringed into their mouths. It's brilliant and versatile.

Excellent product
Kept our bunny Alive! We had to rely on the critical care mix after our rabbit developed a serious mouth problem. Without it she would have simple starved to death. Easy to mix up and also to feed via a syringe. Smells nice too!

OK DOES THE JOB BUT THE QUANTITY NEEDED TO BE ADMINISTERED TO LARGER RABBITS ISN'T ACHIEVABLE
ITS OK AND I SUPPOSE IT DOES THE JOB, BUT FOR A SICK ANIMAL THAT WONT EAT, THE QUANTITY YOU HAVE TO ADMINISTER EVERY DAY IS UNSUSTAINABLE I HAVE A RABBIT THAT WEIGHS 4 KILOS AND THE AMOUNT OF DRY CRITICAL CARE YOU HAVE TO USE IS 100 GRAMS PLUS 200 ML OF WATER TO MAKE IT INTO A SYRINGABLE PASTE - THIS TOTALS 300 ML OR 300 GRAMS WHICH ADMINISTERED IN 1 ML INCREMENTS ( 300 SYRINGE FULLS !!!!!!! ) WHICH IS ABOUT WHAT IS POSSIBLE IF YOU DONT WANT THE RABBIT TO DROP IT FROM HIS MOUTH

This is a life saver for small herbivores. Just ...
This is a life saver for small herbivores. Just make sure you mix it into a paste and insert it into the top of the syringe. The syringe needs to be a proper feeding one for large rats, guinea pigs and rabbits, such as the 'recovery feeding syringe'. Guinea pigs need to be fed 120ml a day minimum, adjust the amount for the size of other animals. When feeding a guinea pig, the syringe head needs to go in at an angle so the food goes into the cheek, never put it straight down the mouth. The syringe head should go in about 2cms, any less and little piggy may spit it out. They will eat 1ml-ml per mouthful. Give them 15ml minimum per feed, but they can fit 30ml in the stomach.
