Awesome access panel. Using it for electrical hookups on a trailer. Tough enamel like paint coating. Easy to securely install and pretty much weather tight if sealed properly. Also it has a feature to hold it up and open for ease of work without it slamming on you. It is lockable. It works great and I would definitely buy again.

Amazing door would definitely buy again

Arrived in perfect condition. This door uses a screwdriver slot to open and close, so there is no key by design which is much more convenient, but not secure if you don't want people getting in there. But overall, a very nice door.

Arrived well packaged, but with one bent corner, included key and six drywall screws. It appears it was packaged with bent corner!? Packaging was NOT damaged. Well made, fit and installed easily. Bent corner was easily unbent!

Worked like a charm to provide access to behind wall utilities. Easy to install.

Pretty nice product and an improvement over plastic, but the packaging needs some work. Arrived bent on the top right corner. My attempts to make it straight and repaint didn't really improve matters. Works fairly nicely over 1x stock used as frame / casing.

This unit did what I wanted it to do. I was added an attic access in my garage ceiling. There were predrilled holes on the ends for installation, but none on the long sides. I added some there, and screwed it into the joist, so add some rigidity. I also added 2x12 between the joist, for the short ends to screw into, and strength for someone climbing into the attic space. The “lock” can be used with just a screwdriver. The latch is not very long, I hope it doesn’t vibrate loose over time. Otherwise the project turn out fairly well.

Le colis est arrivé chez moi intact. La plaque était emballée dans du papier bulle et insérée dans une boîte ajustée. Elle s'est très bien insérée dans le trou d'accès à mes tuyaux d'évacuation au sol sur un plancher à l'epoxy. Elle était moins cher qu'en magasin de bricolage.

Product itself would be great, except for the bent corners (from shipping!?) I’ve ordered 3 now, and all have been damaged. Hopefully the 4th comes packaged better…lol no I’m sure it won’t 🤷‍♂️

This is a great product for the price but be aware that the door frame is plastic so if you need an all metal system, this is not it.
