WOW!
Bought this after years of fighting with gas powered push mowers. Was able to mow my entire yard (about a half acre) in less than an hour. Even my Grandson loved driving this around the yard! Easy to assemble the seat and control bars. Operated great on just four batteries and still had charge left in them after use for an hour of mowing and about a half hour of just driving it around the yard without mowing. So quiet! I am looking forward to years of use out of this machine. Thank you!

It's amazing
I bought the zero turn. I have 1.01 acres and I finished with 16% battery left. That's including me doing hot laps in my yard at the full 8 mph. 8 doesn't sound fast but trust me, it is scootin' fast. I mowed primarily on the slow setting for navigating around trees etc but the fast mode really helped when I hit the large straight patches. Best part is IT STILL CUTS IN REVERSE. The deck is directly under you, so you can't always go forward in far enough under bushes or obstacles. It's super easy to spin around and back into it. Bonus is it can haul 200 lbs in the trunk and tow 300 lbs. I'm towing a full size 6x12 trailer around my yard. I can charge all 4 batteries simultaneously on a typical 20 amp household circuit and not flip a breaker. Batteries charge in 60 minutes. It has led headlights to mow at dusk. That will come in handy in August. Its a load of stress off me knowing I won't have to fully service the battery, belts, spark plugs and oil at the start of every season. It charges fast and just goes. The only thing I zonk is I wish I could plug the entire machine in and charge the batteries as they sit in the machine. Currently I have to make two trips to take the batteries out and carry them to the charger. Overall I'm impressed with it and would buy it again over a gas powered zero turn.

GREENWORKS DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT EVEN WHEN STILL UNDER WARRANTY
have used the mower 10 times and it is now coming up with an error code of TL32 and will not start. Been on phone with Customer Service hold for over 3 hours over the past three days. They informed us we need to pay to ship it out of state to be looked at. They would not replace nor cover costs to ship it to service it and get it back to us. It is still under warranty.

Works great
Came incredibly well packed. In spite of that it did have a small crack in the plastic but didn’t find it until the delivery people left.. Not their fault and it doesn’t interfere with operation. Takes a bit of getting used to as I was only familiar with a 25 year old regular gas driving lawnmower and this one has the zero turn. Very nice to not have to buy gasoline.

Single lady with large yard loving this mower
Decided to splurge and stop paying for weekly lawn mowing service. So far, I couldn't be happier with this zero turn mower! Once the batteries were almost fully charged, got 4.5 mows out of them. (.5 was that on mow 5 inly got the large backyard mowed..) the batteries charged up quickly and I finished the mow.The delivery was great, assembly was easy, and the dismount from the cart went well with some assistance from my neighbor handywoman.Had thoroughly enjoyed the smaller push mower for a previous (and MUCH smaller lawn). The actual mowing is finished in about 40 minutes. And it's all battery powered!Loving it so far.Can update with use.

Great tool for a handicapped homeowner.
This replaces my 21” Greenworks push mower which I’ve had for 5 - 6 years and it still runs like it did on day 1. I had to reevaluate my yard cutting situation when my Doctor expressed concern about all the walking I was doing because it was aggravating a chronic leg issue. I finally (actually I’m heading to 80) thought it’s easier to keep going if you aren’t recovering from your injuries continually. So I bought this splendid tool and found even an old man can easily master zero turn. My only complaint is I ordered the rear bagging system but to remove the discharge diverter unit to install the bagging system was very challenging and I see no way I can but it back this summer so I can mulch my clippings.

Wish I had gotten it sooner!
The lawn mower is awesome. It's quiet and does not spray as much dust as the gas mower. Never going back to gas powered. Also use it to move things around or carry tools when working on the property. Charging is simple and quick. Also bought a self propel for the backyard.
