Good tracker, butโฆ
I have a small wrist and have always liked smaller watches. This tracker extends further outside my arm than I care for. Otherwise great tracker for the price. This is the main reason I will likely be returning it. If you use it to monitor your blood pressure, be sure to know your true BP and what the tracker showsโฆso youโll have an idea how far off it is. As for the app, it will only allow me to track my weight in whole numbers. As a WW member (Weight Watchers) with only a few pounds left to lose, every partial pound counts! I would also like to see the history of the blood glucose readings. (I donโt know how accurate this reading is.) It doesnโt pair with the WW app for activity tracking, but does pair with the Apple Health app on my phone, which I was then able to pair with my WW app. The battery charge lasted about 4 days.

Works as a fitness tracker, but there are issues.
As others have said, the band gets stained easily. It works as a fitness tracker, but I wish it gives more battery warning before it dies. The battery was dying in a few days at first, but I have since disabled the automatic heart rate monitor, now the battery lasts over a week. Also the band itself only keeps your activity for a few days. Seems if you don't sync it once every few days, the activity data gets lost. The app is also weird, it works, but it's one of those apps I wouldn't normally install on my phone.

Easy to use Works well
I love the way this watch looks and feels on my wrist. It is light ,easy to wear, and not too big on my wrist, but still very easy to read and access the functions. it gives you an opportunity to connect to your Phone for storing data in fitness and health as well as getting headlines and other messages. I believe that the heart rate, blood pressure, and skin temperature Functions are pretty accurate. Iโm not sure about the blood sugar. It doesnโt seem to match what I know mine to be, and as with all smart watches it only can be measured indirectly as they are not taking A blood sample. Overall, I think this is an excellent product and would highly recommend it. For the price you canโt go wrong

I wouldnโt buy it again .
Edit#2: itโs been 2 months since receiving this product, and as of today 6/24/24, this product is off to the bin. It takes 36 hours to get a full battery charge. It mainly registers ZERO heartbeat or blood pressure, the sleep tracker doesnโt work, and it doesnโt tell the correct time or even track the correct amount of steps taken. It told me I walked 15 miles last week, but only 1873 steps. Waste of money. This is an awful product. Too bad it wasnโt crappy from the get go, I could have gotten a refund. Edit: Since receiving this product on 4/27/24, it has steadily gone down hill. Itโs been about 45 days since Iโve started using the watch. As of 3 days ago it now takes 24 hours to get a full charge. It has stopped tracking sleep which is one of the functions I really wanted. At least three times an hour it says I have no heartbeat and doesnโt register blood pressure. Currently looking for replacement that will actually work and last. Buy at your own risk. Iโve had this product for a few weeks now. Itโs ok. It does track steps, though they do not equate to the miles supposedly walked. It does track heart rate, but several times a day it registers that my heart is not beating, when it clearly is. So far blood pressure tracking has been accurate. The sleep tracker doesnโt always work, maybe half the time, and that is one of the reasons I bought this. I didnโt want to spend a ton, I should have spent more on a better quality device. Currently I still use it, but I am searching for a better quality product that isnโt &200+ dollars.

Great first fitness tracker
I bought this inexpensive fitness tracker to see if I would like wearing one. I've really enjoyed being able to get a ballpark of my steps, blood pressure, O2 sat, and heart rate. The sleep analysis is interesting. PROS: This fitness tracker is very inexpensive. For the price, I figured I could just pass it along to someone else if I didn't like it. It does an adequate job of keeping track of steps though it does inflate them a bit compared to what my phone says. The other measurements (BP, O2, heart rate) are in line with my usual readings though I haven't taken the measurements at the same time to compare. It's lightweight and the band is comfortable. I have a tiny wrist, and I wear it on the tightest notch. The app has quite a few options. "Do not disturb" allows you to turn off the notifications during certain periods. Various reminders (drink water, sedentary) and an alarm can make life easier. CONS: The screen was scratched within a day. It's still readable though. I set it to avoid lighting up when I lift my arm, but the bed sheets still activate it, and this can be blinding at night. The app is easy to use, but it takes a good minute or more to sync with the watch, and that's the only way you can see your stats for the day. The sleep tracker has been finicky. The first few nights it showed me sleeping for five hours after going to bed at 2AM -- very inaccurate. Since then it is at least showing most of my sleep times accurately; however, it shows me getting way more deep sleep than I think I get. I would like to know how it does its calculations. From time to time, it needs a firmware update, and it loses all data for the day when it does this. It's necessary to let it update and then sync again so that the time will be accurate and tracking will begin. CONCLUSION: Despite the cons mentioned, I'm enjoying this product. I do wish the sleep tracking worked better and that it didn't scratch so easily. For $32 it's hard to miss though.

Daughter loves it
Our family is keen on staying active and connected, and the latest addition to our fitness gear has been a hit! Not only do my wife and I enjoy the comprehensive features of our smartwatches, but we've also found the perfect companion for our daughter. This fitness band we chose for her is incredibly user-friendly and lightweight, making it an ideal choice for her active lifestyle. It's been a seamless way for her to join in on the family's health journey, and she's loving the independence it offers. This fitness band has become an essential part of her daily routine. It's durable, stylish, and most importantly, it keeps her motivated. We couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Cheap And Frustrating
I am going to hold on to this instead of returning, against my better judgement, because I picked it up on sale for $17. I've been continually frustrated with this. After owning a fitbit (which conveniently died the MOMENT my free trial ended and would not turn back on for any reason) this is clunky and cheap. I'd rather it have less functions that I know I can trust, than make claims that don't really make sense. How on EARTH is this supposed to know my blood glucose. Its clearly off too, because it reads as "normal" after I binge, and "elevated" when I wake up. I know I don't sleep well, but I also know I get some sleep. There have only been maybe two times the sleep tracker seems at all accurate. I mostly want it for the step tracker, so I'm basically paying nearly $20 for a more accurate step tracker. But like I said, its serving its purpose. MOSTLY. The most irritating thing, by far, is the 24-hour battery life. Its often even less than that, and its happened at least twice now that I have charged it the night before I go to bed, only to have the battery low right before my walk in the afternoon. I do also miss the fit-bit alert of what "zone" you are in, but the MAI thing isn't the worst. In accurate as it is, I imagine its more likely to not count steps than add steps I've not taken, so at least I'll be relatively safe in knowing when I get my 10K steps. So yeah, if you want a step-tracker, with a lousy battery life, for super cheap (considering), this will do what it needs to until you can invest in something worth while. Gym membership > fitness tracker.

Works as expected โค๏ธ
I love the slim line design. I got this to track my steps while golfing. I love the ability to see my heart rate too. This is perfect for me for the price and I love the look of it. It shows my steps when I raise my arm. Also measures blood oxygen. It even took my blood pressure which matched my cuff measurements. I was surprised at all the things it could do, skin temperature too. Easy to charge. It also has a free app you can connect to for even more features. Very simple to use.
