Twice battery dead found

The media could not be loaded. We got the item then battery was dead then we return again but same issue battery was dead .what is going with this product ?do we need to again spend money for new battery ?headache item ,disappointing

Arrived not working ! Was a gift for my niece I had no time to return it or guarantee a new one would work I’ve had to spend another £29.99 to get a new battery fitted !Unacceptable to not send with a fresh battery or check before sendingSo be prepared to receive a watch that isn’t working
