COMPLETE WASTE PRODUCT AND THIRD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE
The media could not be loaded. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS CHAIR IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO GO IN WASTE. If there is any rating below 1, that would be apt for this poor quality product and third class service. I bought this chair for my parents. It was broken and tilted to one side just after 6 months. As they mentioned that this product comes with 3 years warranty, I reached to their customer service. After speaking to 3 different persons on 3 different numbers finally I got the chance to speak with their rude arrogant single person handling their operations and service. That person was so rude and was speaking to me as if he had given it to me for free. Even he tried to disrespect my parents as well. After so many calls, texts and follow ups, finally that ill mannered guy turned up and said that our policy is only to provide parts which is broken (chargeable) and then will assist on video call. I told him parents are aged they can't do all these. I told him to send someone to repair and I will pay for it. He said it's not our policy. So finally I threw it away.

Bending one side while sitting, back tilt not working, quality is not impressive. Below seat cover cloth is very poor in quality. Add few more money and purchase good quality chair.
