Pretty sturdy but...
Pretty good and sturdy. Although the “carry on” is a bit bulky I encountered an issue when I traveled last December overseas. The airline said its size isn’t correct for a carry on and had to check it in. And also the locks can be tricky unlocking them even though I had it at the right combination, still wouldn’t unlock, had to try it a few times which can be a pain especially at the airport.

Best. Carry. On. Ever.
Like most I have owned and tried various carry-on spinner luggage bags over the years. Most did not last or were too wiggly/floppy when trying to roll them around (weak, spindly trolley handles when fully extended or saggy zip-around closure designs) or the wheels were not smooth rolling and/or would catch on stuff. I also got tired of the full zip-around closure designs most carry-ons have now. This thing has solid metal HINGES in back and solid TSA-approved locking LATCHES in front so you can have it opened and closed in a jiffy without ever having to slide the zippers all the way around the entire opening circumference, a lifesaver when caught unaware of some item that has to be put in/taken out at the last moment while at the airport. There are also clever self-aligning flanges above and along the edges of the opening so tucked in clothing or other items do not protrude when closing up the case.Inside there are not only a sturdy nylon cinch strap to keep contents snugged down tight on one side, but Two hook-on suppressor panels (one on each side), each with their own configurations of mesh/solid zippered compartments for organizing and stowing incidental items. While considering the seemingly generous dimensions of this spinner suitcase, I came to realize that although it was WIDER than most carry-on spinners, it was approximately the same HEIGHT and THICKNESS of the smaller cases. So it still fits in the full-size overheads wheels-first, yet I could pack significantly more into it.It also has solid, molded-in grab handles at the top and bottom of the front, making hoisting it up into the overheads a quick and simple task. In addition there are two more REAL handles on the top and the side, both spring-loaded to remain down flat along the sides of the case for easier manipulation (no loose handles flopping down in the way just when you want to slide it into a compartment or something) and all eight corners of the case are reinforced with additional cladding, each firmly attached by three metal rivets. And the wide dual wheels at each corner are the smoothest rolling setup I've experienced so far.The finish is offered in a couple of attractive, high-end looks and feature a brushed textured surface, lessening the likelihood of any scuff marks that may occur (none so far in my case after two long overseas trips).Overall am very pleased with this case and would consider buying another. *IF* this one ever wears out.UPDATE 3/14/19: I know there are reviews on here that say it does not last. But then they admit later in the same review that they checked-in the luggage; if you'll read the description of this product it says this is a *Carry On*.In the past I have owned numerous name-brand luggage pieces (Samsonite and Delsey to name just two) that were severely damaged after being checked-in; this is the fault of the airline baggage handlers and not the mfr.If I get into an auto accident my insurance company pays for the damage or collects from the other driver's insurance depending on the specific circumstances, but never the car mfr. This is common sense. I think these other purchasers realized their mistake after the airlines broke their luggage and then discovered the airlines would not reimburse, so now they are simply trying to get their money back from the mfr. whose fault this definitely Was Not.

Built Like A Tank, Unfortunately...
In actual use, the "carry-on" description of the TPRC 20" "Luna Collection" Carry-On Luggage is questionable at best. Although it is built like a tank, it also weighs as much as a tank. It also exceeds the "carry-on" size requirements of most international carriers and some domestic carriers as well. As check-in luggage on international flights, the weight of the bag itself severely restricts how much weight is left for the contents. Of course, you can always pay the exorbitant "over weight" fees airlines charge... not something I want to do.As the current trend toward airlines strictly enforcing the size and weight limits for carry-on and check-in luggage (so they can charge extra), the usefulness of this luggage is seriously in doubt. Probably why you can find it on sale for cheap.

ABSOLUTE JUNK
The case itself is great; however, the lock malfunctioned (I never changed 000 default combination); I could not open my luggage! I was at an airbnb in Italy. YouTube "how to pick lock"videos weren't helpful. Thus one of the few tools available (I had to make my flight) was a corkscrew (as pictured; if you purchase this piece of cr*p luggage, don't leave home without a corkscrew!) Then one pair of wheels blew out; so I had to drag the damn thing. Then the other set of wheels just broke off. All this in just one round trip from USA to Italy and back! This bag may look pretty, but it's a one-off!!

I like it a lot
This is a well built carry-on. I like it a lot. I travel with two bulky things: 1}: a CPAP and 2} a Nutribullet. Both fit in and are accessible. I have tremendous amounts of room even after them, as the unit is much deeper than most carry-ons. I also like the external handles! If you do extensive travel in Europe, I understand that there are different requirements. I understand that one is limited to 19" in height instead of 22". Since my travels are limited, This bag does a great job for me.

Beautiful modern Luggage!
These really are beautiful. They are a lot lighter than they look online. They are not like a heavy metal/steel briefcase but just a soft flexible aluminum (as is stated). The large one is 28 inches and the smaller one is the 20 inch model. I can tell they may scratch pretty easy bu the way they are painted, it won't be that noticeable. They have more of a brushed texture look in thank in the pictures and I think look nicer in person. The box that amazon ships them in is HUGE, so you may need help bringing it in.

Liked but had to return
The bag rolled well, was roomy and not too heavy for being a hardside but it doesn't fit in the bag sizer for carry on dimensions (American Airlines). It's too wide and deep for that so if they make you use the sizer, good luck that they won't charge you to check it in.

Wasted money.
I travel weekly. I purchased this thinking it might be a great deal. Within a few trips handles, wheels and inside liner all falling apart. Don’t waste your money.

Wheel damaged after one flight.
The quality and ruggedness is questionable. We used our brand new bags on our very first flight with them from Toronto to Calgary with Air Canada. The total weight was under 50 lbs (23 kg) and one of the wheels broke.
