Just exactly what I needed. Watched videos to get a feel for how it went on, and completed the job in about 3 hours, even when I had to remove the panel a second time to fix the bolt clip that had slipped out of place. This was a perfect fit on my 2012 Sierra 1500. All the screws line up with the holes and it's very easy to install. There is a small spot on the bottom where it is slightly wavy, but overall looks great. It feels much more solidly build than the OEM too. Note that the OEM arm rest has plastic pins that are melted onto the door skin (they're like plastic rivets), so you have to drill them out and chisel the excess off prior to installing the new one. This comes with stainless screws, washers, nuts and the support is metal instead of plastic, so I don't foresee this one breaking.

This is a great replacement product. Installed mine yesterday and better than new.

Handle replacement worked great. Color match is 99.9% but more than acceptable for a 13 year old 2012 Tahoe.
