Perfect condition! More useful than I had initially planned. Great looks,fit, apps are awesome, useful range is great, plenty of aftermarket accessories. Sleep and performance tracking are accurate and predictable. Charges slower than I would prefer, but that's on me.

I was looking into a fitness tracker when I stumbled across the "Amazon Refreshed" Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. I never wanted a smart watch, but I did want a way to track heart rate, steps, and my workouts. For the price of the refreshed option and the comfort of knowing I could return it if it wasn't as expected, I figured, why not give it a try? I'm a Galaxy girl and have all Samsung devices so it fits right in.First, the watch shipped without original packaging - there were a couple comments that said they received all the original packaging so I was initially a little bummed about that. But not like I need more packaging to take up space. The charger included in the box is not OEM but it does work to charge the watch (it is the slower 1A 5V charger). The watch itself looks brand new. Can't tell that it had been used at all. I put it through its paces and it seems to hold a charge very well. I had actually also purchased the black version and the Watch 6 (both refreshed) to see which one I like best. The 6 came in OEM packaging and while I preferred the size of the watch 6, the battery life couldn't come close to the 5 Pro. I also preferred the brushed nickel look over the black version of the 5 Pro. I was worried because this model indicated it is the Latin America version, but it works just like the other 5 Pro.The watch is huge and I have very small wrists so it has been an adjustment wearing something so bulky. The OEM band was too big for me and even though I made it work, the excess strap caused an awkward fit. I replaced the band with a thinner silicone band and it is much more comfortable now.That said, the features that it offers are impressive. My favorites: body composition analysis, sleep tracking, integration with Samsung Health and my fitness apps such as GymRun & MyNetDiary. I also love being able to get messages and texts without having to pick up my phone. This watch is a key motivator in helping me achieve my fitness goals so for that aspect alone, worth the refreshed cost! I definitely won't hesitate to buy Amazon Refreshed for other items in the future, just know that there is a spectrum of what you'll get.

It's a great vendor and a wonderful watch. I am just loving this Samsung watch. This was purchased renewed. The battery life is very close to new. I can get 2 days out of a 100% charge, but use a lower charge ratio to increase the battery life. The functions are all perfect. This was a replacement for my Samsung Watch 5 that was destroyed when I dropped it on the bathroom tile floor. I purchased an after-market watch strap and case with a glass screen protector. If you are familiar with this particular version, it has a large screen and a lasting battery. These are fundamental qualities I was looking for in this watch. It has not disappointed. Absolutely recommended!

This unit came to me with a new strap and charger similar to the originals but they are Chinese copies. Its quality is acceptable. The smartwatch was purchased under the name "Refurbished - Excellent" but I consider that it should have been classified as "Refurbished - Acceptable" since the Titanium casing had several marks (scratches and nicks) quite visible (for this reason I should have rated the seller barely 3 star). However, its performance and battery life are quite good. With the use I give it, its battery lasts between 50 and 60 hours.2) I almost returned the 5 Pro because I had serious pairing problems with my phone (a Redmi 11S). It paired on the first day and then randomly lost connection. To link it again, it was necessary to reset it to factory settings. I had to do a lot of research on the internet and I found the solution. For the love of humanity, I share it with you right here:a) You must approve absolutely all permissions on your mobile for the Galaxy Wear and Samsung Health Apps by browsing Settings / Applications / Permissions. Among others, you must activate the Automatic Start in Background option.b) Go to Battery Optimization settings and enable “Auto Start” for each Samsung Galaxy Watch related app.c) Disable battery optimization for those same apps.d) This is the most important step (the one that no one tells you about): Go to Settings > System App Settings > Security > Boost Speed ​​> Lock Apps > Select Galaxy Watch Plugin + Samsung Accessory Service (on my Redmi Note 11S it is on Settings / Apps / System app settings / Security / Speed ​​boost / Lock apps).Only then did the 5 Pro stop disengaging and start working well. This procedure saved him from being returned to Amazon.In conclusion: The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro is worth it today (July 2024). If you buy it on Amazon Renovated, you should know that you will not receive a unit in perfect aesthetic condition (even if they indicate that its condition is Excellent) and you will get accessories of medium or low quality. The best smartwatches with Wear OS have a battery life of 2 or 3 days maximum. If you agree with these features, you can get an excellent smartwatch for an average cost (not as low as it should be).

Bought refurbished but looked pretty much new when I got it, no scratches or marks at all! Battery seems as expected, need ro charge every couple of days as many folks mentioned. Note that the pic is with the protective case.It does sit a bit high on the wrist amd it's pretty thick, so it's very easy to bump it into walls / tables around the house. So definitely needs protective case otherwise you will get scratches / marks pretty soon.

BUYER BEWARE- U WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE AS A STAND ALONE WATCH BECAUSE IMEI NUMBERS ARE NOT GIVEN BY THE COMPANY NOR ARE ON THE BOX AS USUAL.. SO JUST AN EXPENSIVE BLUETOOTH WATCH ONLY BECAUSE OF THIS ..WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON AMAZON FOR $15-20. NO NEED TO PAY 80+ FOR THIS ON IF NOT ABLE TO USED AS SPECIFIED BY MANUFACTURER
