As a male with coarse hair, this epilator does hurt a lot on the chest area. On the legs is not too bad, and does leave skin feeling exceptionally smooth as one would expect.It may not be clear on the product information but this epilator uses an EU plug so make sure you have an appropriate adaptor.It comes with a simple electric razor and some heads which give you some variety in what you want to do as well.

Hurts but gets the job done.

Ordered a few months back used, works well it's exactly like in the pictures, I'll give 4 stars as is a bit inconvenient to charge it as has an European plug in not uk but in rest works fine

This is by far the best epilator I have used, if you use it in the bath when yours hairs are short it almost pain free 👍🏼

I bought this as I love waxing but get frustrated waiting so long - I'm so happy with it!I highly recommend getting a wax and using an epilator to maintain from there

I had my depilator for many years, and decided to update, thinking that newer product will do a better job. I was wrong. It's as painful as always, and ut just does not get al the hairs, so you will never be proper hair free, and you need to depilate more frequently, than of you professionally wax for example. Waste of money, as cannot return.

I tried this product in the shower for the first time today (first time epilating too!) and was pleasantly surprised - I was expecting something quite painful due to what others have said on the reviews, but it truly isn't. I've only done my legs this time, but there weren't any issues and I made sure to use hot water at the same time. I read that hair growth becomes less with repeated use, which is a bonus. I'm looking forward to using it again, it really was quite therapeutic! lol Highly recommended, it's a sweet device and the waterproof feature is a huge bonus :)

I love a Braun Silk-Epil - this is my 3rd one (my last one lasted 10 years). They are built to last and they are so good. The battery life is great and I like the duel speed and the light that helps to show the little hairs. I really only use 2 of the attachments but each person has different needs. I really like these and they are pretty painless (to me anyway).
