This is Huy Fong before they lost their lawsuit. This one might be a tad hotter even.My only complaint is that it contains sodium bisulfite which I'm allergic to. Sulfites make me itch. If they'd replace that with citric acid as a preservative I'd buy this by the case.That said, I can only eat a small amount at a time.Best sriracha there ever was. Only Melinda's comes close.

Great flavor. Probably the best tasting sriracha. It doesn't go off script with coconut milk, fruit, excessive sweetness, or excessive heat. Even the sauces that started our nation love of sriracha taste a little different, now and then. If you straight up snack it off of a spoon (I do), it feels a little thin. I'd like a little more viscosity and some grit. As soon as it's paired with something- noodles, rice, fish, eggs, chips, or in a recipe- that becomes irrelevant.

I grew up right on the Mexican border and this is still the best hot sauce I’ve ever tasted love it. Best brand. I tried other Sriracha hot sauces that were not very good.

This is the correct siracha sauce. It has a bright, fresh test that no other sauce has. If you had siracha before the issue where the manufacturer and the farm stopped working together, this is that siracha. All the siracha since has been inferior.This is made by the farm that grew the peppers for the original siracha. These peppers are the key. The color is bright. The flavor is fresh and bright. The amount of spiciness is perfect. This is it.I ordered two different kits because one was supposed to be a sampler. Everything I received was the same. Don't bother with the kits. Just get some siracha.

By far away superior product over huy fong. Much more flavor.

A little disappointed. I was hoping it was the classic siracha taste from the rooster. Don't get me wrong....it is pretty good. Just not what I hoped for.

Far better than Huy Fongs current sriracha. This is the farm who makes the great peppers in the first place. Great taste, perfect heat, use it on everything!

I regularly buy either the sambal or the chili garlic version of this, and I use it on almost all my rice dishes. It’s got a solid kick of heat, but it’s also packed with flavor—not just spicy for the sake of it. Honestly, I think it tastes better than the more well-known, original brand. Really good stuff, and I absolutely love it. It’s become a staple in my kitchen.
