These are ok for gummies. They are a nice easy way to get your extra vitamin c in, when sick or just for everyday intake, but they don’t taste very good. They have a strong bitterness to them. Still an ok option especially if you are looking for sugar free.

The taste is great and I am not a fan of sugar free things. Not sure about how well they work, but I’ll keep taking them. Also they’re extremely sticky and stick together in the bottle. And they say to take 3 but I always have one or two gummies left at the end. Besides the quantity issue, these have been great.
