I've been on a mission to find the "perfect" running gel, trying out a bunch of different brands lately. This was my first time with this particular one, and I actually didn't realize until after I bought it that it's from Nick Bare, a YouTuber I've been subscribed to for a while.What I Liked:Apple Cinnamon Taste: I really enjoyed the Apple Cinnamon flavor. It wasn't artificial or overly sweet like some others I’ve tried. It tasted more like actual apple and cinnamon, which was a nice change.Good Energy & Electrolytes: It has a good blend of sodium, potassium and carbs, which helps especially on longer efforts.Easy on the Stomach: No issues with digestion, which is always a huge win with gels.Any Cons?None so far.

BPN Go Gel Endurance has become a must-have in my hiking pack. These gels are incredibly lightweight, easy to carry, and deliver just the right boost of energy when I need it most on long trails. What really sets them apart is the flavor—seriously good, not overly sweet or artificial like a lot of other gels out there.They go down smooth and don’t upset my stomach, even during tougher climbs or longer treks. I’ve tried a few different endurance gels, and BPN’s are hands-down the most enjoyable and effective I’ve used. Great product that keeps me going, mile after mile.Highly recommend for hikers, runners, or anyone needing convenient on-the-go energy!

My go to gel for long runs. Paired with G1M Sport, (Also BPN product) I get the endurance and nutrition to support my marathon training.

I ordered these to take on my long runs. Great stuff and tasted great, and easy on the tummy, but the consistency wasn’t for me. I like the honey base. This stuff is more like apple sauce.

If you like the taste of apple sauce (think GoGo Squeeze pouches) then you’ll love the taste of these gels. After trying several brands, they are far and away my favorite in terms of taste. I also feel a noticeable burst in energy roughly 15 mins after popping one of these which is true to what they claim on their marketing materials.The only two downsides I’ve noticed is the price which tends to be slightly higher than other brands in the market and the packaging seems to be sharp which could cause a cut on the side of your mouth if you’re ripping one of these while mid-run. That said, it’s a great product and my go-to for running fuel.

Consistency is good, flavor is amazing, and clean ingredients are a big bonus! I was previously using Gu’s for my long run fuel, but found my stomach unhappy most of the time with the poor ingredients it had. These do not bother my stomach whatsoever. I don’t think I’ll be buying a different brand again.

I am subscribe and saved to these and don’t get me wrong they are great and would give 5 stars but they are always shipped in a bag and come damaged, rendering the cool display and packaging useless. 1 star for Amazon, 5 for BPN. I’ve tried to return/refund via Amazon but it seems I have to go through the manufacturer everytime which I am not going to do. Get it together and ship it in a box.
