It’s a good item!

My 94-year old mother fell and the device connected her to help as advertised. Fortunately someone else was with her. We ended up calling 911. This is the day I had lived in fear of. The device indeed correctly identified a fall. An excellent purchase.

Belt clip broke 2nd time I touched it . Do not know how to get a replacement clip. Would like information on how to get one.

While I find this to be a pretty great product product it was over a 2 hour hassle to get activated. It says you can save 10 dollars by activating online. Good luck with that! I could not. I had to call to activate. Had a hard time even opening a account! let alone the app was also very frustrating. After all that I find this product really great. The GPS is accurate and the one button 2 way call is loud enough and is answered quickly. I bought this for my mom and am alertetd anytime the button is pushed. I can see on the map in the app iwhere the device is and can see the battery level. It also tells the person with it when the battery is getting low. Happy with this!

Works fine but charging dock stopped working. Called Lively and after diagnosing it with me over the phone they sent replacement no problem! The phone call to do this took a little time but it was worth it.

Not compatible in all areas. Had to return it.

My wife wears it all the time as she does not move very well and has fallen multiple times. It offers a piece of mind when I have to be away.

I have worn one of these for years. The models have changed, but have just made better. I have had three emergencies and all I had to do was hit the button and EMS was here within minutes!
