Dark, trigger heavy
This book has more backstory and plot to the characters which means this is also darker than the first book, the villains are vile af and it's been a long time since I utterly hated a book characters as much as I hate characters if this book

emotionally wrecked
I'M SO UNWELL !! I read it one sitting. I never been so traumatized and depressed reading a book. It was so so sad and disturbing. It was so dark and made me sick to the stomach. Even thinking about what KadeStacey went through make me want to throw up and hug those two for days at the same time.My thoughts are all over the place. I don't know what to say, I'm just sad.I really want to see Chris getting back what he deserves for putting through KadeStacey to hell. He is a monster. It should be Chris locked down not Tobias.

Definitely not worth the time.
I honestly wish I could give this book zero stars. As readers, we often turn to stories for strength, courage, and a sense of escape , especially when real life feels unfair. We look for characters who fight back, grow, and inspire. Sadly, this book gave me none of that. Both the male and female characters were helpless and hollow ,no strength, no brains, just good-looking bodies used to mask a lack of real depth. Despite being constantly abused, manipulated, and even shown as drugged or broken, they showed no real resistance, no transformation just endless victimhood dressed up as romance or drama.Instead of making me feel something meaningful, it just left me drained and honestly, a little angry. Definitely not worth the time.
