The box is as described. It is sturdy and big. Enough to fit my mountain bike with no problems.Initially, there was a problem with the delivery. Not at all the sellers fault, just that FedEx failed to deliver it, and due to their poor customer service, it was very difficult to re-arrange another delivery time.I discussed the issue with the seller, and they immediately gave me few options to solve. At the end, they re-sent the product, free of any extra charge using DHL. It arrived on time.The customer service of this seller is absolutely magnificent. I recommend them 100%

Been doing a lot of "boxing" recently as I am relocating abroad and so have experience of various quality boxes.As I need to transport 3 adult size bikes I decided to buy this one to check it's quality and size.Quality of the double wall cardboard is better than most. Mine was not stapled on the join but glued, it seems when glued but I taped that seam anyway.Size wise it was a good fit for my bike with the seat, handlebar and front wheel removed. Also room for various bits and pieces, note that my bike has a panier frame that fitted in fine too.The bike is an adult size ( I am 6 foot tall), hybrid.Just ordered another two for the remaining two bikes.

Good value for money. Definitely be good if strong tape is used and depending on what you are transporting, always use bubble wrap. Very sturdy and did a great job. Was perfect for the airline too.

Good quality cardboard and well designed but although I had a standard folding bike it didn't fit in the box Box was big enough for me to cut it and fit it around the bike and after a lot of parcel tape, it safely transported my bike via a courier firm from UK to Bulgaria. 3 inches higher and it would have been perfect as width and depth were fine - just the box height which was a bit short.

The box arrived folded and crumpled. The cardboard is extremely thin and already came with holes and punctures. The seams of the box are not reinforced at all. I was not confident it would protect my bicycle on an international flight.The price is also absolutely exorbitant considering the poor quality cardboard and build. It doesn’t come with any packaging material or bubble wrap — you’re paying £30 just for some flimsy cardboard. It’s a complete rip off.I ended up calling a local bike shop to pick up one of their spare cardboard boxes instead, which was far sturdier, well-made — and most importantly, free. I do not recommend you purchase this box and contact your local bike shop instead.

In my opinion the quality of the box and the size is great, as I fit my bike just removing the front wheel and handle bar. Didnt broke on the way or anything but remember to wrap the bike to cover the weak spots.Have into the account that the size of this box is not able to be carried by majority of planes or trains for the excesive size. But great in a truck or van.
