Arrived in very well packaged box. The bench had to be assembled. The instructions were clear. Following the directions and completing the assembly was not too hard. When assembling I’d make sure the screws are not fully driven in to avoid damage on the planks bits easy to over drive them on this one. Once assembled, it looks very neat. Will match with any furniture. The cushion is thin but very dense and will regain its shape quickly. It’s comfortable too. It’s a decent size and comfortable for one person to sit on. Has few shelves and the barn doors on it help with hiding some footwear. The doors slide very smooth. Glad to have found this.

I really like this shoe bench! It looks awesome and does a great job holding stuff like gloves, scarves, and other winter gear. It was a bit tricky to put together, but once it's done, it's super strong. My 200-pound husband can sit on it without any problems. I can't anywhere what the weight limit is but like I said, it does seem pretty sturdy.The drawer does not have a rolling track but it still opens and closes really easy and makes for a great little junk drawer with the top open to add holiday decorations or a pretty vase. The bench looks like a pull out draw but the top actually opens up to store items. The cushion is held on my 4 strips of Velcro so it doesn't fall off or need moved when you open it. There is a hinge that holds the lid open as well so you can dig through and find what you need without having to hold it open.It's perfect for small spaces, and the hidden storage is a smart idea for keeping our entryway tidy. It has a cool vintage farmhouse style that adds a touch of country to our home.You definitely will want a drill when assembling it. That helped with the assembly a lot. It is on the smaller side but that works out great for us because we have a small entryway.I highly recommend it for both its looks and usefulness.

This shelf is beautiful! And feels very sturdy. Definitely cat and toddler approved. I love it, now that it has finally arrived and is put together.That said, it was a TOTAL PAIN to put together. The directions are difficult and while it is possible to put together by hand, it stinks. Also, it shipped via FedEx (instead of Amazon Delivery) and was a bit of a pain to get a hold of.

This is not solid wood but the quality is solid. Each piece is labeled by the number (stickers are on the end of each piece) and the hardware were clearly labeled in each pack and are marked by letters (A, B, C, etc). The instructions are all visual, so it's easy to follow but it took me a while to follow since I was very careful at putting it together. I have assembled furniture before and sometimes 1 wrong side, it just ruined the whole thing and then you have to take them apart, re-assemble, etc... They provide everything (the parts) adequately and actually I was impressed with this piece as I worked through assembling it. For the price and what it does, its looks, it's decent.The color is not to dark or too light and the cushion is black, which fits in just fine with some other items for me. The cushion seem to have some white residue on it by the edge. I took some goo gone and just wiped those areas and it cleaned up nicely. I was pleased with this purchase.

Product cheaply made would not recommended

It looks great and was easy to put together.Comfortable to sit on.

I know the price itself I knew it was gonna be on the cheaper side of quality. That being said it looks like it was already pre damaged and they tried to patch or paint over it with a flat white color. Also show holders can only fit small flat shoes. Very deceiving in the photo.Do not waste your time on this product. I needed up sending it back and contacting buyers.

It's okay. Assembly wasn't too bad but don't tighten your hardware, it will tear out and make for a weak connection. The front horizontal rail attaches to the seat area via countersunk screws. Unfortunately the predrilled countersink screw holes were drilled too deep which allowed for the screws to blow out through the top/seat. Fortunately the pad covers the blowout. Seems okay sturdy. Works best if your shoes are size 10 or under. Suspect it will last a year or so then out to the trash when it falls apart. Wouldn't buy it again.
