Boy, was I disappointed!! Almost immediately after placing in boiling water they rolled over, the egg white seeped into the water as the water filled the cups. I cleaned up the mess and returned right away! Save your money!! Would have given 0 stars if possible. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Meh *by 1***1 on April 4, 2018* I have mixed feelings about these egg cookers. They do indeed result in perfectly fine boiled eggs. BUT . . . Even with cooking spray the eggs will stick to the silicon and the remnants take a bit of scrubbing to get out - it's almost like the egg white bonds to the sides of the cooker. It takes about twice as long to hardboil an egg in the cooker - about 20 minutes - as just dropping an egg in a pot. The instructions recommend a cooking time of 6 to 8 minutes but you won't have a set yolk or cooked top by then. It's not really a "put the cooker in a pot and walk away" operation - maintaining a suitable water depth is critical, too much water and the cookers will float and turn over, too little water and the tops of the eggs won't cook. As a result I found it necessary to add additional cooking water several times during the process. So. If I had really fresh eggs that tended to adhere to the shells when boiled these things might be useful. With eggs a bit older I think it's less bother just to drop the eggs in a pot of water. ### ⭐ Not what I expected. *by D***G on April 21, 2018* I tried making the hard boiled eggs. I followed the instructions and I had to cook the eggs more than double the time listed and it was still nothing like a boiled egg in the shell.
