Fantastic gel pack. I bought 2 as sprained both ankles. Easy to use for ice therapy to reduce swelling of injury, just place in the freezer for a couple of hours & apply. I am now using for heat therapy on injured ankles. Just place in microwave until required temperature is reached & apply. These packs have made all the difference in aiding a swift recovery. I would highly recommend this product.

Did well to reduce swelling on a broken ankle. Easy to use and adjustable to fit your ankle.

The shape is a great idea for fitting round the ankle, but the hexagon (?) shapes are too small and fiddley so I couldn’t get it to stay on and seem to end up with the long elastic just where I needed the blue bits to be. They were very quick to thaw out too from frozen so I think if they were bigger it would work better. So I,m back to the long rectangles again. Good idea guys but make it bigger.

Good product & value for money, would buy again

This provides expected relief , however, it is a little tricky to get wrapped on correctly. Strange design - when a person is in pain, would not design something that requires a person to puzzle it out - the last thing someone wants to do while in pain!

The gel pack is good quality, it freezes nicely and stays cold for a long time. The strap also secures well with strong velcro.I wish this ice pack also had coverage to ice the bottom of the foot, but it only wraps around the sides and either the front or bottom of the ankle at one time. (My shoe size is a women's size 8)

Utilisé dans le cadre d’un arrachement osseux, ma cheville est enflée de partout et surtout de la malléole.J’en ai acheté 2 que j’alterne toute les 2 heures (tant nécessaire pour refroidir au congèle).Ça soulage énormément. Ma cheville et malléole commencent à progressivement dégonfler. Il faudra du temps mais c’est beaucoup plus simple dans le sens très facile à mettre. Je préfère au-dessus d’une chaussette car la premier minute est vraiment froide.Ce qui est un peu embêtant c’est que ça ne reste pas longtemps froid. Tout au plus une demi-heure efficace, maximum 1 heure légèrement froide.

Purchased for a severe high ankle sprain and this did the trick. I loved that I could still move Around while it was on.Product came with a food grade bag to keep smells off it.This bag made it great to travel with and place in a hotel freezer.The ice pack stays cold for a good amount of time.I have also used it on my knee and it stayed pretty well.I haven’t it heated it up yet as a heating pack.
