As some of the reviews have previously indicated, the straps tend to rub against your armpit after some time. Aside from that, I'm very happy with the product. I am on average a size L; reading the reviews I understood it may run a bit small, but still decided to get the Large instead of an XL. It is a bit snug, but I prefer it this way.

I can't explain how disappointed I feel of buy this product, first of all I being feeling some can of allergic reaction in my skin so i went to my doctor who tell me that clearly the product was breaking up and burning my skin, second the manufactured companies say just hand washed but when I washed start breaking like I was passing a knife by while a was washing, third I use the product for 5 days expecting any work (extra warm) but not even a drop under the waist. Is a total wasting of money. Not recomendable

Didn't fit properly. Big gap between the corset and the small of my back. My waist was neither trained nor sweated.

This has lasted me a long time and many work outs! Fits to size, holds you in and definitely makes you sweat. If you don’t like tight clothes I would say size up. Very good item to maximize your workout, especially for cardio. Would recommend

Great quality, it really does make you look slimmer. One tip I would really like to share is I normally wear a medium/large so I ordered a 2XL it was really difficult get in and out of it. I think if I ordered another one I would go up a another size or 2

My 2nd day wearing it. I love the fact that it is long enough to where it does not roll up! So that is a plus for me. Also it does work and make you sweat. The only reason I took 2’stars away is because the arm area it does dig into my armpits and it is very uncomfortable. Under my right arm it is hurting so I really don’t like that. I took it off as soon as I got home from work. (I work in a warehouse constantly moving big things and sweating) it left red marks

so my waist trainer came in & im actually a large in clothes and usually on waist trainers I like to get a medium, but when I tried it on omg it was sooo hard to get thru my body I pulled & pulled down but I just could not get it to come more down to my hips. I was disappointed...I even got a large and still would not fit....they run small pretty small

Fits true to size, very well mad thick enough and produces lots of sweat. It does not soak through, and you can’t feel sweat until you remove it. Definitely recommend this trainer, only one thing I don’t like if you have any sort of neck or back issue it does pull on your shoulders a bit.
