After a ton of research on anti-theft backpacks I decided to go with this one. I used it for most of my day trips throughout all of Europe over a 2 month period. I couldn't have been happier. It was comfortable (hot and cold days), durable and held everything i needed it for. There are different compartments/zippers/water bottle holders (or umbrella holder). The color is great. I now use this backpack as my work backpack to transport my laptop and other items back home.

This is spacious with locks. I appreciate the water bottle pockets on the sides. I don't like the yanking lock mechanism on the front pocket so I don't use it much. I love the back pocket that can be used for a wallet and passport, etc. so you never have to worry about those items. The little pocket inside the main pocket is great for keys, pens, or ear buds. I like the color. I use it for travel (fits under airplane seats) and walking around the city. After many years, I wore my previous Pacsafe backpack out and this is a good replacement.

AMAZING quality, durability, security, anti-theft, and sooooooo worth its price to give as a gift for family. I love that it can’t just be unzipped or cut by someone without you realizing it, has RFID blocking throughout, and truly is just a fabulous product Made in the USA to keep your items secure and not tampered worth. Really an excellent purchase. So happy to have found out about this company!!!

I've had the bag now for a couple of days. Preparing to go to Hawaii with it. It has a good size bags, but I'm disappointed it does not have enough side pockets to store smaller items. Like in the front. It would be nice to have a side pocket in the front to carry airline tickets or other... Also, you'd figure that for this price, the handle at the top of the bag would be a better handle than just a , well,, handle. I would've have like it to be a thicker handle so I could carry it like a bag or sorts. Everything just get dumped into the big inside bag and outside bag.

The bag is everything they say it is. Love the way you can secure it to a chair or post so no one can snatch it. Storage capacity is great. Looks good, definitely has a bit of style. Had an issue where the zipper in a freak accident jumped the track. Pacsafe quite simply has THE BEST customer service. They responded quickly and within 10 days I had a replacement. That speaks volumes to the quality of the company and their confidence in their products.

I needed a larger backpack so looked at the Pacsafe brand like my smaller 15 L one. It’s a new design and color and both work well. I like to be able to put my smaller purse into my backpack to make air travel easier. There is an outside zipper compartment great for smaller items: charging cables, hand wipes, snacks. I carried my iPad, book, magazines, jacket and purse without it being stuffed. I love it!

This back pack, besides being highly functional and useful, is well made with a. sleek and unusual design for a back pack. A real show stopper!

Took its time to arrive from the USA but worth the wait. I have the smaller 15l Pacsafe backpack and now I'm delighted to have the matching larger bag for those bigger jobs. It feels well built, secure and has great pockets and secure spaces for all my bits. Happy traveller.

Took to Europe- purchased especially for trip. added a double dring as it was difficult to access the security features at times. Gave peace of mind while travelling by train. Stowed contacts in pouches as the inside has only 1 slot for iPad/tablet or small computer and a small RFID pocket.

Timely delivery. Well made and true to stock photos. Security features are as described with good feel in locks in zips and clasps. Good padding in straps. Fits laptop with room to spare. Side pockets a bit shallow as it does not open all the way down so needs a small water bottle. Otherwise, all fine with product.
