Essential reading on leadership needed in today's world and tomorrow's!
Jeevan has done something remarkable which is to break down cliched leadership buzz words like "strategy", "authenticity" and "diversity" and build them back up again with accessible and practical definitions and examples. He draws on his own extensive experience across sectors to provide us with a roadmap to defining each of our unique personal missions and leadership pathways. How can we draw on our innate gifts? How can we understand that the 'playbooks' that we are sold as new leaders cannot predict and solve every possible situation? How can we simultaneously hold the immediate, medium and long term picture in our minds and make meaningful progress on the latter while not neglecting the former? We are all leaders. And we all need to read this book.

Leadership- Stay ahead!
In a world inundated with leadership advice it is hard to find something that really merits out attention. Inflection does this in abundance. Jeevan has an engaging and memorable style- the practical wisdom and anecdotes make it easy to connect with. Highly recommend for leaders looking to elevate their leadership impact as well as anyone wanting to stay ahead in the leadership/personal development arena.

Crystal clarity for any leader feeling the need for a shift.
In my professional life I see so many leaders and people of all backgrounds going through inflection moments. This is a powerful, thoughtful and powerful book to help recognise when they arise. And to really navigate them well and seize exciting opportunities ahead. Essential reading.

I am going through a personal inflection point and came across this book. It's an easy-read with micro chapters (a lot of metaphors and examples used). I particularly liked the metaphor that Sharath uses - a watch dial where the seconds hand represents the short term, the minutes hand the medium term and the hour hand, the long term. It all comes together when you look at the 'watch dial'. At inflection points, you should consider all these elements and not just the short-term, or long-term to maximise the potential of inflection points.
