Sol Soils Chunky Houseplant Mix - Fast Draining Soil for Indoor Plants with Coco Coir Chips, Perlite, & Pumice, 1 Gallon

This is my go to soil mix. All the plants I put in this soil simply thrive!

It's a little pricey but so worth it! Nice chunky mix, perfect for indoor plants.

I had plants that were barely ever giving me growth at all but once i moved them to this soil i've had MULTIPLE new leaves which is crazy. You will have to water more with this soil because of how chunky it is but i have been victim to multiple plants dying from root rot so i'm okay watering more so long as they are healthy. The soil gives the plants roots so much room for growth that you'll have to start using clear pots to monitor the roots so your plant doesn't become too root bound!

I only knock one star off because it can be kind of hydrophobic when dry. I wet each layer to help mitigate that problem. If you are an under-waterer, you might hate this soil. But if you are a helicopter plant parent like me this soil is awesome! I use it in self watering type pots and it works great! I love how fast it dries out. I love the leca balls too. Just good quality stuff if you are like me.

Great mix! Plants love it. It does occasionally dry out quickly, but I live in a very dry area(Utah). I’ve never lost a plant to root rot using this mix, because it doesn’t remain soggy and drains well

Love this soil. I’ve been slowly swapping out all the soil in my plants to Sol Soil. It’s made such a difference. I live in a very dry region and soil often gets too dry and becomes hydrophobic. I’ve never had that problem with this soil. It’s great for all types of plants. I highly recommend.

Love the chunkyness of this soil. I have tried making my own mix and don't feel like I've got it. So this is just a great alternative
