Keeps my calcium blood count where it should be.Knocked off a star because a number of the tablets in every bottle have a faulty coating and start dissolving as soon as they enter your mouth making them rough and impossible (for me) to swallow.

The product was delivered quickly and wrapped well to prevent breakage. My doctor advised a Calcium supplement and I have been taking this one for years.

A tablet this large is very difficult to swallow for many people.I ended up using a pill cutter (bought from Amazon!)so that I could take this pill in two parts.Then I discovered another company's Calcium/Vitamin D pills in capsule form.Same size but in a capsule. Easy down! A much easier pill to take.

I ordered this calcium citrate to take in conjunction with my magnesium citrate. I am in my mid 20's and very active - I eat a fairly healthy but picky diet, so I knew I needed to get my calcium from some other source than food. I have difficulty absorbing vitamins, but since my body responds to the magnesium citrate, I figured it might do well with the calcium as well.
