Good but gets drift eventually
For a good, while this controller worked perfectly, It feels sturdy in your hands and responds perfectly to all inputs. it has some weird buttons on the back, I don't understand them but you don't need to to make it work. it probably says in the manual. I liked the fun, colourful design. however, after long-term use one of the joysticks has become loose, while it still works- it no longer springs back into a neutral position, creating the unfortunate effect known as "joy-con drift" this is very annoying and while I can still use the controller for most games some and un-playable due to it. I would still recommend it however as in the short term it works well and joy-con drift varies from person to person so you might not get it as bad as I did (but you also might get it worse).

Avoid.
Singularly the worst controller I have ever purchased for any console in 41 years of gaming. For games such as Splatoon, it’s useless, as the batteries dying - without warning - will leave you scrambling to remove the dead batteries and replace anew in a few seconds before you get a ten minute ban. Also, this simply isn’t as responsive as the official Pro-Contoller. And now, only 4 months after purchase, the “B” button keeps sticking. What a pile of crap!

Build quality and ergonomics
Feels like it's built cheap, light and rattling a bit. Somehow gives me the impression buttons and thumbs are just a fraction millimeter away from where my muscle memory would want them.Shame as the design is cool, but basically will get replaced by an official ps4 or xbox controller (haven't decided) to save myself another shot in the dark. Mm
