Grin Technologies Handle Bob Adapter For Attaching Ebike Throttles and Buttons to Road Bike Drop Bars, Curved, Oversized, or Unusual Handlebars

These or a product like thisbhas been around for many years in the recumbent world, way befor ebikess. They are great to mount a light on the front post of a tadpole trike (bicycle) and that was my reason to purchase. Sturdy and easy to mount. I do believe they are slightly overpriced however and the company should off the sale of one, not force you to buy two. Honestly, you could make one out of any pipe and a dremel butbit wouldnt be Cnc'd and perfect like these. You gotta put some rubber between your bar and this to help it not slip

i neede`d a way to attach a throttle control when I added an electric front wheel. This item did the job

Giving this four stars because I'm a fan of Grin, but I can't figure out how their Throttle is supposed to sit tightly on this bob. I wasn't able to get it to be attached strongly without wrapping the bob in electrical tape and then taping the throttle on it after, which is silly and defeats the purpose. I would say that's maybe more of an issue with Grin's throttle than this bob.

These worked to mount an ebike throttle on my drop bars but they are hard to secure them tight enough to keep from moving.

These are a very handy item for setting up e-assist trike controls. I also used one attached to a twist grip shifter to give me more leverage and make shifting easier.
